Welcome to my one bedroom flat, sited on the Ipswich quayside. With asecure car parking space. One super king size bed. Access to the car park and the flat hall way is via a fob system. Both the Key and fobs will be collected from the co host Zonja, she will hand you the front door key and the entry fobs. She will also be the main point of contact for any concerns you may have. Upon checking out post the keys into the post box. Checkin timings must be confirmed with the cohost before arrival.

A charming apartment located within the Grade 1 listed Layer Marney Tower! This apartment is situated within the main building of the Tower but benefits from its own private entrance and is completely self-contained. Recently refurbished Georgian second floor 2 bed apartment in a historic town centre building. The building is the former head office of Suffolk seed stores & was converted into shops & two luxury apartments in the 90s. The location is in the centre of town with a parking space behind the building in a private courtyard. A 2 minute walk will take you to the train station & waterfront & historical Sutton Hoo is just a 5 minute drive. You won’t find a better spot to explore the town & county!

It's a 5 minute walk from the beautiful monkey beach.The apartment is below our own flat and is one large room, with a king size double bed and a large corner sofa-bed. It has a small kitchen too. The property is ideal for a couple but the sofa bed in the room which would be ideal for children but would be a bit cosy for four adults in the room unless you all knew each other really well!

Ideal location whether you are visiting Clacton for business or leisure. A 5 minute walk from the train station and a 5 minute walk from the sea front. The town centre supermarket is a 2 minute walk away and so is the town centre. There is off-road parking for 1 car. Aside from the beach, popular local amenities include the pier and arcades as well as the cinema (£3.50) and there are plenty of great local restaurants. All within easy walking distance.
