A brilliant shop opposite, a friendly pub next door and bus stop outside with lots of other pubs and shops nearby. Nice walk down to the River Colne and have a drink or meal at the Rose & Crown.

Guests have their own front door, and there is a private deck looking out over neighbouring farmland . The studio has a private shower room, fresh towels and sheets are provided. A two minute walk to Bonchurch Park and a short walk to Belfairs Nature Reserve. Plenty of local shops within a 5-15 minute walk and a 20-30 minute walk to Leigh broadway, Old Leigh/beach and Leigh station. EV charger available. A small south-facing patio available for guest use. Off-road parking space.

Ideal location whether you are visiting Clacton for business or leisure. A 5 minute walk from the train station and a 5 minute walk from the sea front. The town centre supermarket is a 2 minute walk away and so is the town centre. There is off-road parking for 1 car. Aside from the beach, popular local amenities include the pier and arcades as well as the cinema (£3.50) and there are plenty of great local restaurants. All within easy walking distance.

A bright airy modern comfortable apartment. Well equipped with coffee machine, oven and fridge freezer very recently refurbished to a very high standard. Set in the complex of Newhall Which has a thriving community. There is a fabulous coffee shop 100 yards across the road serving delicious food and excellent coffee. It is open on Thursday Friday and Saturday evenings for dinner also. There is also a local grocery store and hairdressers nearby.
