The apartment has fob access to the secure car park, and fob access to building, offering a very safe environment. The apartment is fully furnished, with all essential appliances and cooking/ dining equipment, giving a home from home feel. Great for tourists or professionals as the location offers central access to colchester and surrounding areas. Redecorated in 2023.
