Vacation rentals with an EV charger in Cocoa Beach

The place was great for my friends and I to all meet up. A 1 minute walk to the beach matched with the pool was unbeatable. Stuart communicated well and the self check in was fairly easy. We had a great time, thanks again!

Since the.momemt of my arrival it was absolutely peaceful smooth transition to vaction mode. The place was very neat clean relaxing i had tonfroce myself to go out because i rather stay and lounge around. Marias' beautiful garden of plants, flowers and orchids were so pleasant to sit among and soak up the sun. Maria truly was a gracious host Maria respects the privacy of her guest 100%. This cute place was perfect for our needs: 2 people for 2 nights needing a place to sleep within walking distance from restaurants. We appreciated the modern appliances, comfy bed, beach towels, easy check-in, and Brian’s responsiveness. And the ceiling TV is a clever use of space! The unit is right next door to another one, and there’s no couch to relax on, but neither of those factors was a big deal to us. The location is great. Thank you, Brian!

We enjoyed spending a few days in Cocoa Beach while staying in this super fun decorated condo. The amenities were just as described and the walk to the beach was super easy as it is located right by a cross walk. We always like to come and stay a few days in Cocoa Beach before sailing on a cruise and this was the perfect place to start our decompression and relaxation. Walkable to downtown Cocoa beach but far enough away to be away from the night time noise. Quiet, relaxing, and just overall wonderful. The theming is perfect for the area and definitely puts you in the spirit of visiting the Kennedy space center or trying to catch a launch!

Beautiful home with a nice private backyard and pool. The home had everything we needed. Hosts were very responsive to any questions or issues that we had. We had a great stay there and would definitely recommend to friends!

The home was clean and had more than enough room for our family. Communication was quick and informative. We had a relaxing week in Melbourne. While we were there in April, the beach was very quiet. There were only a few other families on the beach.

Previous commenters have done a through job commending the decor and proximity to the beach so I’ll focus on the helpful abundance on supplies in laundry detergent, toilet tissue, dishwasher liquid, even spices and condiments in the kitchen! Be prepared for a wide selection of wine glasses and most impressive coffee bar! These things are nice and helpful as we’ve stayed in other Airbnb’s where they only provided one days worth of supplies. Who wants to stock up on household supplies on vacation?!? Not me! There is a Publix nearby for food and the kitchen was easy to cook in.

Ariel is a super host for this gem of a house. Always responsive, flexible and the house was in prestine conditions. A relaxing weekend with magical views and surroundings.

Our host was wonderful. Very accommodating and great communication. The property was fabulous! It was a girls trip and everyone enjoyed the beautiful accommodations and the short walk to the beach. It is a lovely home and we thoroughly enjoyed our time there. The beds where comfortable and the linens where nice as well. Clean, newly remodeled, spacious and a central location. We had everything we needed to enjoy the beach for an added bonus. I highly recommend this property!

Gilson does an amazing job with this property. We have stayed here twice and will be back in the future. To be honest, this is probably the nicest vacation rental we have ever stayed in. The location is great, the home has been completely updated top to bottom, so many amenities it is hard to list them all, and well stocked. This property is managed for comfort, convenience, and recreational enjoyment and is priced appropriately for all that is included. Gilson, thanks for sharing this beautiful property!

Karen and Dave are hands down the best hosts I have ever had staying at an airbnb. If I could them and their condo 10 stars I would. The condo was exceptionally clean, detailed, comfortable and inviting. She has everything you could possibly need for your stay already available to you at the unit. She has literally thought of everything and made the experience so comfortable for my fiance and I. I will most definitely be back very soon for another visit and will always recommend Karen and Dave's unit to others I know who are traveling to Cape Canaveral. 10+ stars all the way around!

Absolutely stunning space! I’m an Interior Designer myself and even I was impressed by the decor and quality of the place. You have everything you need there! We even were able to grill by the pool. I highly recommend it for the price, amenities, and gorgeous view. And it’s not too far from the beach, restaurants, and boats trips. Gorgeous view! JJ was very responsive when the toaster wasn’t working and brought us a new one.

Stuart was a very responsive host (especially when i forgot something and he was able to help me get back in to find it). Such a great place to stay, just steps from the beach. The building was fairly occupied when we stayed, but the pool area never felt crammed, nor was noise an issue from other guests.

A beautiful walk, the place and location and the attention were excellent, a wonderful experience and thinking of returning sometime in the future, highly recommended!!!!

The view from the balcony was perfect. From the views of the river, the nature park, the cruise boats in the harbor to the night rocket launch were spectacular.

We adored our stay at Beth's place. It was the perfect place to relax and unwind.
