Apartment near the Center

You'll be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located place. Close to the tourist area of Los Lagos and the music and theater school of the Universidad Veracruzana. Ideal with a car. If you don't have a car, consider that to get to Los Lagos, the Faculty of Theater and Music or the center you have to walk approx. 13 min on an uphill street, like the typical ones in Xalapa. Very close to the Velodrome, DIF and connects with Avenida Bolivia, Circuito Presidentes and with the exit to Coatepec and Xico.

Stay with a beautiful view of the Orizaba peak, enjoy the balcony and watch the sunset in this beautiful apartment. Rest on soft and quality mattresses, quiet area, located very close to the willows, downtown area, velodrome where concerts are held, ideal for visiting magical villages such as Coatepec, Xico, it is comfortable and a special touch. The building has an elevator (sometimes it may be under maintenance) the apartment is on the 2nd floor and the stairs are comfortable.

Happy Little House!

It is a centrally located mini apartment, close to the Universidad Veracruzana, the Government and Municipal Palace, two blocks from downtown. The famous Xalapa writer Sergio Galindo was born in this place. It is well lit, with good ventilation, no noise, inside the courtyard of an old house full of plants with chairs that invite you to read or meditate. It has a separate entrance. There is privacy and weekly cleaning and linen changes, and handmade soaps are provided.
