¡Casita Feliz!

Es un mini departamento céntrico, cerca de la Universidad Veracruzana, Palacio de Gobierno y Municipal, a dos cuadras del centro. En este lugar nació el famoso escritor xalapeño Sergio Galindo. Esta bien iluminado, con buena ventilación, sin ruido, al interior del patio de una casa antigua lleno de plantas con sillas que te invitan a la lectura o a meditar. Tiene entrada independiente. Existe privacidad y semanalmente se hace el aseo y cambian blancos y se entregan jabones artesanales.

Precioso departamento completo.

Hospédate con una vista preciosa al pico de Orizaba, disfruta del balconcito y contempla el atardecer en este bonito depto descansa en colchones suaves y de calidad, zona tranquila, ubicado muy cerca de los sauces, zona centro, velódromo donde se realizan los conciertos, ideal para visitar pueblos mágicos como Coatepec, Xico, es cómodo y un toque especial. El edificio cuenta con elevador (algunas veces podría estar mantenimiento) el depto está en 2do piso y las escaleras son cómodas.

Estarás cerca de todo si te hospedas en este alojamiento céntrico. Cerca de la zona turística de Los Lagos y de facultad de música y de teatro de la Universidad Veracruzana. Ideal con auto. Si no tienes auto, considera que para llegar a Los Lagos, la Facultad de Teatro y Música o el centro debes caminar aprox. 13 min en una calle de subida, como las típicas xalapeñas. Muy cerca del Velódromo, DIF y conecta con avenida Bolivia, Circuito Presidentes y con la salida a Coatepec y Xico.
