Charles was very welcoming when we met for check in. His hospitality was great and he gave us a little tour of where we were staying. Very down to earth and inviting person. We enjoyed our stay for the night in the lovely and comfortable home.

Tammy was a great host. She answered my questions even before I reserved the weekend. The place was in easy walking distance to anyplace in town. On the drive home I have already recommended this place to a friend for a nice getaway.

Perfect location to stay and walk over to shops and restaurants. The condo was roomy and well equipped.

We enjoyed the convenience where we could walk around the Village. Also, it was nice sitting on the deck drinking coffee where we saw several deer. Very cozy place to stay!

Super cute place to stay! Would definitely return, right off Main Street in cloudcroft. The host sent me instructions before that were super easy to follow and very simple. Place was clean and just as described.

It was a perfect spot for us. There was plenty of space for us to sleep wonderful furniture as well as art and not too hard to find the description on way to get in. She was so kind and thoughtful to leave us snacks and goodies. we felt like at home if people were asking me what Airbnb to get in ruidoso I would 100% recommend this one.

We had a great time during our stay. Everything was perfect. We would come home early when our little one was tired and really enjoyed staying in at this home. We felt so comfortable in this comfy clean home. We will definitely stay again when we get the chance.

Reed’s place is where it is at for Ruidoso lodging. His place faces and looks out over Rio Ruidoso and the back is right across the street from midtown shops and restaurants. His place is clean and he is super responsive. This is the second time I’ve stayed with him and my stay is always stellar! It’s a great place to be either for remote commuting or vacationing. Internet is super fast and we had no problems connecting. I wish all my experiences were as good as this!! His place is cute, clean, convenient, beautiful woodsy feeling while being real close to the action. Reed is super helpful and responsive as a host! Like I said. Love love. Reeds place was great. Great location downtown but also nice a quiet

Exactly what we needed—super quiet, peaceful, and incredibly restful. The home was clean, cozy, and tucked away just enough to feel like a true escape. There’s also a ton to do in the area—hiking, shopping, great local spots to eat. Joel is an amazing host: communicative, welcoming, and clearly cares about the guest experience. We’re already looking forward to coming back!

This place felt like home. It was cozy and peaceful. My favorite part about staying here was the location. It was on the river and walking distance to many great restaurants and shops.
