Nice spacious pool house with modern feel.The crocodile (statue) in the floor is a cool feature and the area is super nicely located at the river Marne with lots of walking and cycling space. Playground and little cafe in the park within a few hundred metres. Very convenient for travel into Paris by RER. Bakeries and supermarkets all in walking distance. You stay on owners property which is just stunning and has parking too. Friendly hosts that are very responsive.

Agnes was an amazing host. She met us to let us in and give us a quick tour. She was very responsive throughout the stay. We absolutely loved the flat and did NOT want to leave! It is very comfortable and the amount of history and character in it is unlike anything I’ve ever experienced. There are plenty of stores and restaurants in walking distance and it’s in a very peaceful area. An Uber into Paris was about 25 minutes which was very convenient for us. Coming from the United States, we compared the area to a storybook scene compared to the US being mostly a cheap Hollywood set quickly thrown together. 😂

Matthieu was a great host, super friendly and I felt I could ask him for help if I needed to.

Kaltrina's place was great to stay in. Close to public transport, and the night bus. There is an Aldi and Bakery near by. The area appeared a little off the beaten path, it was very local with few tourists around, which added to the local feel of the place. Highly recommend!

We were welcomed warmly, it was very nice! Listening host and always there if we're missing anything. I highly recommend it.

The place was great, with spacious living room and kitchen, can accommodate 3 families. Host was very easy to call if we have urgent questions and concerns. Near a grocery store, metro, and restaurants so commuting and food would not be a concern. Place is near a school so security also not an issue.

We were very happy Roland and Sophie were very welcoming and did everything to make our stay comfortable. The detached house is well organized and clean, located in a nice quiet area. The location is great for getting to the center of Paris by subway. We highly recommend it.

My family and I loved staying at this property. The links into the centre of Paris were good, the house and it's outside space were beautiful and the host was helpful, replying to messages very quickly. The decor was stylish in a way that felt homely and the property was well equipped and looked after. We would definitely recommend staying here and would book again on our next trip to Paris.

Great location, a quick metro ride and you are in the city centre. The are metro, bus and train stations close by which made our travelings around much easier. The host is also great. The apartment is on the main street so we always felt safe. Would come back again for sure!

We stayed at Sylvia apartment for 4 nights. She was really helpful throughout the trip especially during the week of fete she told us which train stations were open and anytime we had a problem she was there. The apartment was close the Marie de Clichy so we were able to get what ever location fairly quick. It was extremely hot on the day we were there but she provided us with two fans. Her apartment is on the 4th floor without a lift but this wasn’t a problem. I have zero complaints she was great and so was her apartment.

I loved my stay in this place! The hospitality was incredible and the accommodation was very clean and comfortable. 100% recommended.

As soon as you walk into the apartment you are greeted with a ton of natural light and that carries on throughout the apartment. The place was extremely clean. The place is even better in person. There is more than enough space for 2+ adults to stay. The pull-out bed was very comfortable. The bedroom was huge and had a lot of space to store clothes. The bed was also comfortable, I slept like a baby. Séverin had all the amenities you would need and more. There is a bakery downstairs that had delicious pastries and bread. There's a pub across the street and a grocery store about a block away. The métro is two blocks away. Outside of the pub, there are plenty of other restaurants within a few blocks of the apartment. Also, there's an open market within a 5-6 block radius from the apartment. The neighborhood was very quiet at night, also, extremely safe. My 10-year old niece and I walked home several nights after 10p. I would definitely stay at Séverin's again!

It is definitely a place that is very worth staying, although it may seem small, the organization of things makes it really so, and the amount of things you can find in the accommodation, I loved it!!! I would definitely come back!!!

Nathalia's place is very nice, functional and very clean. very close to Arena la Défense to go see 1 concert, it's very convenient, public transport is very accessible and close by. the accommodation is well located in a private building. Nathalia is flexible with schedules and responsive. i highly recommend it

The interior of the apartment is perfect. The bed is large and very comfortable. It's clean and we have everything we need at our disposal. Nicolas' hospitality was amazing. We arrived around 1pm while the apartment was available at 4pm. Nicolas warmly welcomed us to his restaurant and kept our suitcases. So we went for a walk and when we got back, our two suitcases weighing more than 20kg were in the apartment. There are 3 very narrow floors so a huge thank you to Nicolas who probably saved us from back pain 😊 It's important to go and enjoy a delicious pasta and pizza meal at Nicolas' restaurant. It's delicious! Thank you for this wonderful stay!

Great location for attending the 2024 Olympic events. Only 50 yards from the metro one way and another 50 yards the other direction to a major super market. I liked the triple security (2 doors and a security guard).

Very good stay, station about 8 mins walk, easy to get around. Nice neighbourhood and felt safe coming back and forth. Place is exactly like pictures. Will stay here again.

The place was super cute. Completely sufficient and nicely decorated. Very close to the metro station and restaurants. Located on the 2nd floor without elevator.

Saga's home was really the best getaway for my wife and I and our trip to France! Beautifully designed and decorated home. Loved the aesthetic. Saga was incredibly responsive and helpful to us throughout our stay and was on top of communication when we arrived at the home and had trouble entering at first. Beautiful kitchen, great bathroom. Only one note about heat if you're traveling in summer, there was only one portable fan for the apartment, and we had a few severe heat warning days in a row. Being from the Midwest in the United States of America, we were not used to how hot it could potentially get without an A/C available to use. If we had one or two more fans to use, we would have been able to beat the heat, but it was hard cooling off for those few days. The location is also walkable, but on very hot days, the distance was a bit difficult. Besides that, the stay was comfortable and the neighborhood absolutely beautiful, peaceful, and we felt EXTREMELY safe during our stay!
