Monthly Rentals in Clearwater Beach Island

Me and my wife had a wonderful vacation at Christinela's apartment. It exceeded our expectations in terms of the location and it was such a relaxing place to stay after a long journey or a day walk/at the beach. The photographs really do not do it justice, it's very spacious so clean, we loved it. While we didn't really need Christinela's help, she made sure it was no problem if we needed assistance. The beach chairs were a wonderful added feature so choosing any of the multiple beaches close by was easy. Also, it's very close to Dunedin, Indian Rocks, Madeira Beach and if course essential amenities like a huge Walmart. We would not hesitate to stay here again... and if you are reading reviews of Avalon Apartments in Clearwater...this is just perfect. Thank you Christinela for helping make our vacation so memorable.

Very comfortable and clean. The apartment is stylishly decorated with comfortable furniture and bed. The kitchen is also extremely well equipped. George did not skimp out in making this place nice. We really enjoyed our stay.

Gorgeous sunsets and ocean views from this nice unit. Located directly on the gulf and only a three-minute walk from the beautiful sands of Clearwater Beach, it is in close proximity to a host of restaurants, bars and stores, the pier, and other attractions. The pool and deck were inaccessible due to ongoing hurricane-related renovation and repairs, but we knew that when we rented the unit. Still, the owner and building management had made arrangements to use the pool at the building next door. Very nice kitchen appliances that long-term renters in particular will appreciate. The unit owner was very responsive to our inquiries.

I loved everything about our stay. We had everything we needed from kitchen items to beach needs. Carmen was so helpful with suggestions for restaurants and clear instructions for checking in. I would definitely stay again.
