Beachfront vacation rentals in Clearwater Beach Island

Great host. Very responsive and accommodative of modified check out times as possible. Host also provided wagon, toys, umbrella and beach chairs (availability is on a first-come-first-take basis between other guests in the other rentals on the same property, of course). But we could find everything we needed and it was super helpful that these were available! This particular unit is a studio. Something about the photos made it seem larger than it actually was to us. But it does not lack much in amenities aside from a closed bathroom with a door (currently, the bathroom is sectioned with a curtain and there is no separate bathroom ventilation). But the place was well worth the money for us, for the facilities provided by the host and the walkable location to the beach!

Todd’s place is beautiful! Included more things than most we have stayed in like coffee, toilet paper, paper towels, dishwasher detergent, laundry detergent, good beach chairs and wagon ! Lots of nice bath towels. Great location on the beach and nice big garage. The one thing that we noticed is the very low water flow in the showers making rinsing soap off a long process.

My husband and I needed a little staycation after a stressful few months. The little apartment at the beach was perfect. The location was beautiful despite the fact that the area is still recovering from a few hurricanes last year. The host was also very helpful and gave some great recommendations. The only negative thing that I can say is that my stay was too short. I look forward to staying there again.

What a treasure!! Though small, it completely met our needs. Was clean and homey. Ideal location between downtown Saint Pete and the beaches. Loved the view of the water from the balcony. Kids loved the pool.

I'm not even sure where to start! This place was absolutely perfect! 10 out of 10!! You cannot get any closer to the ocean than this! literally two steps out the back door and you are on the sand. it is all flat and easy short walk to the water!! The other plus is you were able to park right at the front door. literally two steps and you are in the door. no parking garage no lugging luggage to a condo on a luggage cart!! We were the first clients to stay in the bungalow after the hurricane! They have done such a nice job with it! Appliances, cabinetry, furniture is new! towels and beach towels provided! private/ shared pool a few steps away! You're not sharing the pool with 100 other people at a condo!! Sharky's restaurant right across the street! The beach itself was never packed! The one only hiccup we have was a little bit of a sewer issue, we messaged Liz and she had the plumber there within 45 minutes! problem solved! highly recommend this place!! we will definitely be back!!!

The Sea Breeze was perfect! A short walk to the beach and away from the touristy parts of St. Pete. The bed was very comfortable and Lisa even provided a complimentary bottle of wine. My husband and I wish we could have stayed longer!

The location is perfect! Wonderful family home. The house has so much charm and is a hurricane survivor! Between the pool, beach at your back door and John’s Pass being a short walk away, I didn’t drive my car the entire time. So many fun items in the house and the sunsets……..❤️ Liz is great, the house was as promised and then some and the location! Best beach house ever!

This place is absolutely beautiful! This is the second time we’ve stayed and we will be back again !

I could not recommend this place enough! The place was spacious and worked perfectly for a couple with a young baby. They had everything stocked to use, such a dish soap, kitchen supplies, laundry detergent, beach chairs and floats, high chair, pack and play, etc. The hosts were super responsive and helpful. The condo was quiet and family friendly. The unit has a great view of the ocean and access to a heated pool and hot tub. We would go back!

The condo was comfortable and conveniently located within easy walking distance to beach, local restaurants and coffee shops. We enjoyed evenings watching the moon rise from the upper deck.

Tony was super nice and helpful. Home was clean and private. Would definitely stay in one of his properties again. Thanks for helping us have a great vacation!!

Location was awesome!!! Right on the beach. Loved our view from our deck. Really enjoyed the elevator. Made our stay even more enjoyable. We made great memories with our daughter and grandkids. We would definitely stay here again.

The house is beautiful and clean. Beach access is not quite as close as I wanted but thats on me for not researching better. Host's are very responsive. Neighborhood is safe and quiet. Not a good walkable area for shops/restaurants. Definitely need a mode of transportation. Overall we had a wonderful time.

Gorgeous views, clean and nicely decorated condo with space for 7 people. Enjoyed meals on the balcony and alternating between the beach and pool. quiet condo complex. would stay again!

We absolutely loved our stay at Scott’s place. The condo was sparkling clean- I am extremely picky about cleanliness and was not disappointed. The kitchen was well equipped and we appreciated all of the beach gear Scott had available for use. We loved the location and the view from the balcony is unmatched. Scott was quick to respond with the minor issue we had at check in and quickly resolved the issue. We had the best time and will definitely be back!

It was a bit pricey, however has a former 20 year owner of beach front Florida property on the east coast I was actually very impressed. Impressed with how updated it was, responsive the management was offers to come replace something and I had to tell them “no, it’s a tiny imperfection and more of a question” , including to victor the Bldg Maintenance man who had a heart of good on helping people, with information and even luggage for some elder folks. We had read a review that the Air Cond was not super cool, so we were commenting while there that the AC worked perfectly good and with two young son in laws with us that “run hot” it was a great test and the unit passed the test easily with perfectly normal cool air. We had an amazing stay at the Beachfront Bungalow. The location was great with easy access to the beach. We used the pool and hot tub daily. It’s hard to imagine a better place to stay at Indian Rocks Beach. The host was communicative and helped resolve the few minor issues we had. We hope to come back in the near future!

This place was just what we needed. It definitely met our expectations. So close to beach, bay, and fun restaurants.

We can't say enough good things about our stay. Morgan was so friendly upon our arrival and made us feel right at home. The cottage was very cozy, and it was literally on the beach. The view from the patio was amazing. We sat out there until after dark every night. We would definitely love to make a return visit.

We come to Clearwater beach just about every year to enjoy our childhood home and revisit friends and family. Our stay at 34 Acacia was the best of all our times in north Clearwater Beach. We stayed here for a month. This home was recently tastefully updated and an easy walk to the beach. The back yard and pool area was a beautiful oasis where we spent a great deal of our time. My only suggestion would be to provide a shaded eating table to enjoy a meal by the beautiful pool. I’ve never experienced a rental as well stocked as this one. They have an entire closet packed with supplies for about any possible need you might have. Adam was always available and communicated quickly to any and all questions or concerns. He provided a packet via mail before our arrival with great detail about the home and keyless enter code. We’ve already scheduled to stay here again next summer.
