This is a beautiful cottage within the heart of Lancashire farming community. Surrounded by rural views. With two private gardens at your disposal and private secure off road parking. On a country lane, that provides quick access to Blackpool with its night life, attractions and illuminations in September, and only 50 mins to the Lake District. If you want the sea, its not far at all, with large beaches at Blackpool and the lovely upgraded front at Cleveleys is only a short drive away.

From the moment we walk through the door we were impressed by the attention to detail. Not only was everything spotless but the property was very tastefully decorated. The location, right by the canal, was stunning and within minutes of our arrival we really felt at home. It is fair to say that when visiting the area again this would be our go to choice every time. Absolutely fantastic and highly recommended.

I can’t say anything more - apart from it was a home from home. And just what we needed. It had that sense of peace and calm. And we felt comfort and at ‘home’ instantly. My 11 year old was sad when we were leaving! It’s such a lovely neighbourhood, to the point they helped me with my Sainsbury’s deliver when I was running late. A lovely home, a lovely neighbourhood. Thank you for making us so welcome. X

The accommodation was beautifully presented and squeaky clean. Sheila and David were really friendly and welcoming. We really appreciated Sheila’s call a couple of days ahead of our stay and the homemade biscuits left in the kitchen for us. They were also kind enough to explain a lovely walking route from the doorstep, it was lovely to see the sun set and get some fresh country air after a full day at a craft workshop nearby. We’d love to return sometime and stay for longer.
