We have stayed at Tom’s place a few times now. He is a very responsive and accommodating host that has a place that is exactly as described. This place is great for staying in the woods with perfect accommodations. There is also a bar/restaurant down the street that is a fun place to go. Tom even recommended the excellent pizza at the Sunoco, demonstrating his knowledge of the area. We are definitely going back as it is totally worth the experience. We use it to atv ride at the Leota trails, and thus allows us to park and ride the whole time. It’s great. Thanks again Tom!

My friends and I had such a great stay here! The place was super cute, spotless, and really well organized. Everything felt brand new and clearly very well taken care of. It had such a cozy, welcoming vibe. The host was incredibly friendly and quick to respond whenever I had a question, which made everything so smooth. I’d definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and easy stay!

I would say this is my favorite so far out of the other places I have stayed. Very clean, very nice. Had some toys/games for my kids. We all enjoyed fishing, swimming. The kids loved the paddle boat. Would totally recommend staying!

We came into town to stay for a few days to celebrate a birthday. the home was absolutely gorgeous, modern, and everything was carefully thought out. Anything you could need, they have thought of! The hosts were very communicative and the fact that we could bring the pups, really made this trip more fun. The only suggestion I have would be to possibly add a fence and a hot tub, then you have no reason to leave! 😉

We had a very nice stay in this very clean cabin. House hold supplies were plentiful. One could practically check in without much luggage and stay for weeks on ends. Owners do a very good job up keeping this property.

Absolutely loved the property and the house. The perfect place to just get away and spend time with family. The kitchen was a little smaller than I personally like but it had everything one would need to make a family meal. Ran into a couple minor things during our stay which is kind of normal for airbnbs but Mary the host was very responsive and handled things very fast and professional. I 100% recommend this property and would gladly stay again.

We stayed here to visit family and we also wanted to do some skiing. We enjoyed being so close to the local ski hill, Snow Snake and also did day trips to Caberfae and The Highlands. It was perfect! We loved being across from the grocery store and so close to downtown! We went to Up North Coffee everyday and even placed a bulk order of their amazing mini cupcakes. We also loved the Jackpine Restaurant in downtown Harrison. The house was perfect! So clean and cozy!

What an adorable stay! I especially appreciated the decor in both bedrooms. Very well appointed (along with the exposed brick) and they thought of all the things to make it feel welcoming. Bed was very comfortable, lovely towels and linens, comfortable living room furniture to relax. It's in a perfect downtown location also. Walkable to all sorts of restaurants and coffee shops. Aaron was very communicative and helpful also! Definitely recommend!

There were a couple of things that we didnt like, but out of the host control. Host, was extremely helpful, and responsive within mins. The place was quaint, felt right at home. Bed was very comfortable. Very convenient to everything. if we are travelering this way again. We will stay here. very pleased.

A real "Gem" as the name says. We had a very nice time and the host and hostess went above and beyond to make us feel right at home. From check-in to the hugs at check-out, Monica made our stay very enjoyable. We would highly recommend staying at Grem's Gems cottage. We were sad to leave, felt like we were leaving our own family.

We had a great time staying at Juli and Corky’s place! Everything was so nice and the amenities were well thought out and very thoughtful! And Juli was great to talk to and super helpful and very pleasant. If I’m up here again I will definitely check availability of their homes!

This was my second time staying here and I have no complaints. The apartment is perfectly priced, and in a great location. I highly recommend it.

Karen was an amazing host! Check in was extremely easy and the place was easy to find! Both Karen and Mark were so so friendly! My mom and I thoroughly enjoyed wandering through Karen's shop downstairs all while chatting with Karen the whole time. We felt like we've known her for years! She was so helpful while I was trying to find the perfect gift in her shop. The space we stayed in was perfect! It was cozy, comfortable and clean! The black out curtains were welcomed, as were the A/C's and fan! The furniture was comfortable and everything we needed for the weekend. Highly recommend to anyone, and we will definitely be back in the event we come back to that area. Zero complaints!

I spoke with Nancy when reserving my stay and she was fantastic- accommodating, responded very fast, and she was kind and friendly. The listing was just as it was described. It was clean and very comfortable. Minutes away from Soaring Eagle and CMU, lots of restaurants within driving distance. Would definitely stay again!!

The condo was located on beautiful Lake Cadillac, just a few minutes from downtown. It was clean with all the amenities anyone could need. I was able to do laundry, cook dinner and sit out and watch the sunset all from our condo. We had easy access to the lake right out the backdoor, along with a firepit. Right across the road is a volleyball net that the kids loved and they were able to enjoy the pool, as well. We loved the place and would defiantly stay again.

The home was very clean and well-maintained, which was important for me since I was staying here while on a work trip. The owner is very responsive as well.

The hosts were very accommodating and responded quickly. The place is huge, comfortable and spacious. Our family loved it and we hope to return in the future.

Doug was a wonderful host and very quick to respond and deliver if we needed anything at all. Stayed here with my wife and baby girl to be closer to the job in Hemlock. This location is in a peaceful, just outside downtown neighborhood. The entire city of Midland was very pleasant to be in ; everyone here was very friendly and just so much different from the Detroit Metro area. You definitely feel safe here. Being so close to downtown , there were plenty of restaurants, parks, and stores that are less than a 5 minute drive away. Will definitely be coming back in the future. Thanks again Doug!

We didn’t actually get to stay at this lovely condo because I accidentally booked the wrong dates! Jessica was quick to respond and was extremely understand. We hope to get to stay here sometime in the future!!

Perfect little condo in the woods. Everything was super clean. Beds and pillows are amazing. Fantastic views.
