Cabin vacation rentals in Clare County

Excellent stay at this Airbnb. If you are thinking of coming to St Helen to ride the ORV trails, this is an excellent choice! It’s right down the street from St Helen Motorsports, two gas stations, 3 restaurants, 2 pizza shops and multiple trail head entrances within 2 miles or less!!! The house looks exactly like the pictures and description, and the hot tub, outdoor fire pit, and indoor fireplace were amazing! I will note….it is a bit on the small side. Beds are as described, but feet hang off the bed and rooms are small. 4 grown adults was pushing it here, especially with one bathroom. Also note. There is BARELY enough room for a small truck and trailer to park in front. The other truck had to park underneath the large garage due to no park space. Other than that, which is really just an explanation, it is the ultimate st Helen stop!

We had a really enjoyable stay. Hot tube room with a projector was a highlight of the stay. We had our 2 dogs with us and they enjoyed all the outdoor space.

We really enjoyed staying here for a five year anniversary getaway and relaxation. Our pup got her zoomies out and even explored by the River! We would definitely book again! Both Frank and Kaylee were responsive if we had any questions and great hosts!

A great house!

We had a wonderful getaway at Maggie’s place. We loved everything from the decor to the stocked kitchen and the gorgeous yard. You can tell that Maggie pays close attention to details- anticipating everything that guests may need. The hot tub on the screened-in porch was absolutely perfect. Everyone in our group slept great in the comfy beds. Plenty of linens, sound machines, ceiling fans, and heat and AC. We lucked out with perfect weather so we were able to sleep with the windows open and wake up to the sound of birds which added to a perfect relaxing weekend with old friends. We were even able to enjoy some yoga in the well-kept backyard. We are already talking about when we all get away again so we can come back!

Great place to stay for an up north getaway. Host was very accommodating and responsive. House was very clean and cozy.

A wonderful place!! Beautiful and peaceful! We had 8 people and it fit everyone comfortably! Plenty of space for kiddos to run around and play. Perfect for a weekend getaway, highly recommend!

The cabin is absolutely stunning—beautifully designed, packed with thoughtful amenities, and offering breathtaking views. The only downside is that the lake isn't suitable for swimming

This cabin far exceeded expectation, we were only sad to not get more time there! Hector keeps the entire cabin clean and decluttered, while also having everything you need in one place. The beach was beautiful and the space was perfect!

We enjoyed our stay it was a cozy place! Would def recommend for couples or adults/people with older kids. It was a little hard with little kids (6-2yr olds) just because I didn’t want them to mess anything up but it did fine:)

We really enjoyed staying at Lisa’s. We unfortunately didn’t get to use many of the amenities because we were very busy while there. Hopefully you can!

Super cute little cabin getaway. Easy to find and get in, very clear instructions for checking in and checking out. Courtney was VERY fast at responding and answering all of our questions which was wonderful. The weather was cold and rainy but we still had a blast and there was a lot to explore around the cabin. We will be back!

Nice clean cabin! close to lake george, with a public access to the lake. kitty was a great host and communicated with me. would stay again in the future.

We love the place. It was nice and beautiful. We enjoyed our time there. It was nice and clean. We had everything we needed right in the cabin we didn’t need or want for anything. She always checked on us and made sure if we needed anything. That’s what I love the most. The place was beautiful. Thank you for allowing us to stay on your property.

Cozy little cabin was perfect for me, my husband and 2 doggos. Dogs had a blast running through the trail in the woods. Cabin is on a dead end dirt road and made me feel comfortable letting the dogs roam. Overall 10 outta 10! Peaceful and perfect cabin in the woods.

We had a great stay. The immediate proximity to biking trails, dog walking trails, and beautiful outdoors was exactly what we were hoping for. The cabin itself was charming and comfortable and the grounds felt like we were in our own neck of the lake-adjacent woods. The yard was great for our dog to enjoy. We hope to stay again on another biking trip.

Staying at Camp Deer Trails is always a much needed, much enjoyed reset for our family. Truly a special place to connect with nature and each other. Great host! Very responsive!

Communication was amazing. Cabin was cute, clean and cozy! We stayed for very little time as we were there for a softball tournament in Gladwin, but it was a beautiful setting. Highly recommend.

Great little cabin! Homey and inviting. Nice views and well priced. Everything you’ll need is there for a little getaway. Mardi was responsive and even let us check out later even when we didn’t ask for that! Pretty cool place. Very chill. Only thing we didn’t really care about was for was the moth ball smell as soon as we walked in. Great place overall! Would stay again.

Enjoyed our stayed at this cute cabin. Loved the pine walls and trim everywhere! . The bed and linens were so comfortable and cozy! The walk to the lake was lovely and the beach and lake were gorgeous and peaceful. We even got to hear loons call, which was very neat!

This place was a hidden gem! We live in northern Michigan and wanted to be away from some of the crowds during a holiday weekend. This tiny home was exactly what we were looking for! A quick couple min drive into Harrison, but super private. All of the amenities were amazing and thoughtful, and the bed was very comfy. We will be back!

My sister and I booked the cabin for a quiet getaway - this was exactly that! Was peaceful and comfortable and relaxing! Definitely enjoyed ourselves!

Tiny Excursion #4 had everything we needed for a cozy weekend getaway. Everything inside was modern, clean and comfortable. Harrison is a short drive from many popular lakes and parks. As an avid thrifter and bargain hunter, there was shopping a plenty as well. We hope to visit again!
