Monthly Rentals in Clapton Pond

Nice and cosy apartment and well equipped :) The room is not that big but perfect for two people, even for a longer stay, and it has a nice view over the gardens, with many cats strolling around!! The area is perfect for a longer stay as there are many nice restaurants and cafes with a lovely park nearby. Sometimes we had to travel a little bit to do some sightseeing but lots of buses/underground/overground options within 15min walk! Also Åsa is very kind, even though we didn’t meet (the room is quite private even when the entrance is shared 🙂). Really recommended!!

Barbara's house is hands down the best airbnb we have ever stayed in - the apartment was clean, equipped with everything you could ever need. Her communication was clear and useful - and theres even a book about East London incase you haven't done your homework! Lower Clapton is the perfect place in London to stay if you want to be surrounded by greenery, walk down the canal and also be connected to the overground to explore more areas of London. We'll be back, no doubt about that!

This was a perfect stay for a local work trip. Excellent coffee shop right next door, and the place was exactly as described/photographed. Fabio was really helpful, communicative, and clearly wanted to (and succeeded in) leaving a good impression. I will certainly stay again if I repeat this work trip.

What you see in the pictures is exactly what you get: a cozy cute little cottage that almost makes you feel like living in the countryside a century ago (just with modern facilities and wifi 😉). We loved all the green parks, little shops and cafes around. There are several bus lines close to the house, just hop on and you'll get to many tourists spots within an hour. Communication with Rosie was excellent. Our questions have always been answered within minutes and she has lots of recommondations on where to go or eat out to offer on top of being very accommodating.
