Maurizio was very nice and warm. He gave us tips for the area and showed and explained everything to us. The place is as pictured and everything is very clean. There are restaurants on the beach and a supermarket is also within walking distance. We will be happy to come back. 😊

La Caravella: Lido di Ostia

EmilyRating, 5 stars2 weeks ago
Frederica was super kind, bubbly, and helpful. The location of this Airbnb is unmatched. It is right across from the beach with amazing restaurants nearby, beautiful views, and privacy and security. We felt very safe and very comfortable here. Our only complaint is that the A/C and Wifi were a bit spotty and you have to pay a separate cash cleaning fee on top of the Airbnb price, but everything else was great. Definitely recommend this place!

Tenuta di Verzano "IL CASALE"

KieranRating, 5 stars1 week ago
This stay was exactly what we were hoping for after a very busy 2 weeks travelling through Italy. The scenic views and peacefulness is so rare to find nowadays and the fact we are both huge fans of Normal People is a bonus Giada and her family were very welcoming and so kind to take us shopping and transport to and from the station nearby. This will be a stay that we’ll never forget and will hope to one day stay again in the future if we get the chance!

Ale's House - Cozy House

AaqilRating, 5 stars1 week ago
This place is situated a little far from Rome central but has very reasonable bus/tram connections so getting there isn’t too difficult. The apartment was clean and well described. A comfy bed with an AC unit nearby which is needed as it does get quite hot at night. Our hosts, although we didn’t meet them until the end, were so helpful, communicative and generous. We are not wine drinkers but a bottle was left for us with a note. This would be a nice touch for those after a long day of travelling. Overall a very good experience

David's and Family Apartment

JillRating, 5 stars2 days ago
This was the perfect place to post up before our flight out of FCO the following day. The place was clean, the neighborhood couldn't have been better to go out for a quick and casual bite after 2 weeks in Italy with the family. There is a quick pizza take away right next door and a produce market that had really fresh fruit that was perfect for our teenage girls who didn't want to go out anymore and were craving a night in. The restaurants and the neighborhood was fantastic. We found a fun spot to eat, have a negroni and listen to some music. Everyone spoke english and were very friendly. It was a little bit of normal after a very adventurous few weeks. The kids were hoping for an internet enabled TV so they could binge some stuff and I would have liked an espresso machine since our coffee game has hit an elevated status.... but nothing but a positive experience.

Fulvio has been kind and great at communicating with us, thank you very much!!

La Casina di Ludo....lovely.....

PoornimaRating, 5 stars1 week ago
Paola’s studio apartment is perfect for a couple. The communications from arrival to departure, the location, the amenities and suggestions were spot on. The breakfast treats she left for us were delicious. Unique to Paola’s apartment were travel tips from the apartment to sights of interest in little boards by the door so planning our journeys ended up being really easy. While it is a little out of town, getting around was really easy as the area is well connected with buses, metro and train. Termini was reachable in just over 20 minutes, and Fiumicino was just under an hour away. There are gems of cafes, gelatarias, restaurants etc as well as supermarkets all within a stone’s throw. Our favourites were Il Gelataria, MiMo cafe (both directly opposite the main entrance to the apartment), Pizza chef for award winning pinsere, and Les Amis wine bar for aperitivo. We highly recommend Paola’s apartment - a real home from home. It’s the ideal place to kick back after a day of e

I cannot thank Micaela enough for her kindness, patience and help when we arrived late and left the key and the phones inside. A very nice neighbor called her and she came right over to let us in. Colosseo Terrace 180°

NikolaRating, 5 stars1 week ago
Everything about our stay at Marco’s apartment was perfect. We couldn’t think of any way it could have been better. The outdoor shower got lots of use in the very hot weather. We booked this apartment months ago and it was everything we hoped it would be. The only disadvantage for us is that it is a long way from our home in New Zealand but if we ever return to Rome we would love to come back.

Wonderful and cozy home in Rome

AndreasRating, 5 stars2 days ago
Small apartment for max 3 people. Very clean and tidy. Everything important is available in the apartment. In the house itself, the apartment is located up a small staircase. It is completely furnished in Ikea style. And visually appealing. Although some shelves in the bedroom or living room are at an unattainable height, they complete the overall design. The Italians have different room heights. We liked the apartment very much. TV is available, all channels Italian. Record player and CD player, records and CDs in large selection. Otherwise everything in good condition. Washing machine in the bathroom also available, as well as a bidet. Price/performance is okay.

Emanuelas communication before and during our stay was excellent. The apartment is excellent with a great view of the harbour and very convenient for local shops and restaurants.
