Vacation rentals with beach access in Ciudad de la Costa

We loved the stay, the apartment was impeccable, just like in the description, complete, very good area.

Location and view was fantastic. You can sit out on the patio or inside the apartment enjoying the view. Gabriela was great! Tks again for receiving us.

We arrived at the accommodation in order to enjoy a few days in Montevideo, celebrate a birthday and get to know each other. All that was really possible from here. The accommodation has a door and windows that remind you of other times. Simple layout but with all the elements for cooking, bathing and resting. Despite the cold of these days, we did not suffer. Agustina gave us a divine blanket. From where we were, it was easy to go to Parque Rodó, the Mercado del Puerto or the Feria Tristan Narvaja. In the accommodation there are 4 booklets that invite you to explore everything from the artistic and served as a spiritual guide in these days. Bartolo (the cat that lives here) is GIANT and sweet. It's a very nice opportunity to come as a couple, connect and walk everywhere. Returning to Montevideo will be returning to Agustina's

Very spacious apartment, in impeccable condition, very well equipped. An amazing view of the sea, very enjoyable. Huge bathroom. Bedrooms with large closets, comfortable beds and impeccable linens. Quiet and well insulated. Alphanumeric access to the apartment and magnetic access (with 2 keys provided) to the building facilitated independent movement for my wife and me. Very good location. At first, if you are not used to the area, it may seem far away, but in reality you can get to 18 de julio and ejido in 10 minutes on foot, two steps from the rambla and very easy to get around by car as well. A decently stocked supermarket literally steps away from the building. Very easy access parking, at street level, spacious for maneuvering and the assigned space is huge (actually there are two, because the one next to it, against a wall, is canceled and you can use that space). Playground at the door of the building, highly recommended for children. Very friendly and responsive host. We will definitely be back.

I usually stay in this neighborhood. This apartment building is one block from the Rambla, so I found myself walking along the Río de la Plata almost every night. You can even see the river from the apartment! The iron and ironing board was a nice bonus (this was a work trip for me). If you stay here, check out the market in the park in front of the building on Saturday mornings. Lots of restaurants and cafés in walking distance. Colleagues who came to pick me up for dinner had no trouble finding the building.

Exactly what I was looking for. A good place, with a good price and everything you need in the apartment. For the reason of my trip I did not need to use everything it has, but you have everything to cook and eat there if you do not want to eat out. It's close to a shopping mall that has everything and is on a busy avenue. Safe area due to its proximity to a high-end hotel and financial center. Katia is great, she is a perfect host and tries to adapt to what you need. Thank you for your attention, I hope to return

Our experience was excellent, Claudia was always attentive, very warm and friendly. The house is just like the photos, and in a quiet and safe area, they allowed us to enter a little earlier and leave after the scheduled time. He told us about places to shop nearby. I'd like to highlight the cleanliness and neatness of the house with everything you need to be comfortable and more. The beds were impeccable and he also left towels for each of us. I recommend it 100%

An excellent place to vacation. The house is excellent, with all the amenities. The kitchen is very good. It had everything for cooking and dishes. Everything was very clean and tidy. We'll definitely be back. Giaelle and Fede are super friendly and helpful with everything.

Paula's house is beautiful and is located in a wonderful setting in Montevideo. Their communication is assertive. We really had a great time. To get around more easily, we rented a car, which was super easy to do. I highly recommend this nice, clean, well-decorated house in a beautiful setting.

I'll start with the apartment, comfortable, very well-equipped, the description and photos are just what I found. The building is very nice and conveniently located, walking distance to the promenade, shopping, bus stop for several lines, restaurant, ice cream parlor, pharmacy, butcher shop and supermarket no more than a 5-minute walk away. Santiago is an excellent host.

This is the second time we've stopped by Fio's. The apartment is beautiful, very comfortable, very well-equipped and with nice decorative touches. And most importantly, there is room to park on the street. The neighborhood is my favorite in Montevideo, the apartment is very conveniently located, close to the Rambla and with access to all kinds of shops and restaurants. We're going to Montevideo to visit family and we're going to stay in Fio's apartment whenever it's available

Maria was kind enough to meet us at the apartment and explain how things worked. The building itself is a bit old but the apartment is in great condition. Well lit, spacious and comfortable. Everything was clean and organized when we arrived and the apartment had everything we needed from towels, hair drier and toiletries to pots and pans for the ocasional meal at home.

I felt very at home in Gonzalo's place. It was clean, cosy and inviting. Gonzalo's communication was excellent throughout my stay. The apartment is in a great area for restaurants and other amenities and it's near several bus routes, so getting to the old town is simple and quick. Thank you for a lovely stay, Gonzalo!
