Swim at the Andrew Boy Charlton pool, and stroll to numerous galleries, restaurants, and cafes. Catch the Bondi Beach express bus a block away. The penthouse is located in the highly praised area of Darlinghurst. Its really easy to get around, Taxis and Uber come by frequently, buses stop right down the road and train lines are 5 minutes walk in either direction from the apartment. There couldn't be a much more central location than this. The Botanical Gardens are right in front of you, please do have a picnic there, or stroll from the unit through the Botanical Gardens and right into the Opera House, there is no more beautiful way to get there. Just past the Opera House await you Circular Quay, the Museum of Contemporary Art, the historic Rocks precinct and the Harbour Bridge. Or, you can just stroll in 3 minutes to Hyde Park to shop at Sydney's most exclusive locations including David Jones, Hermes, Dior, and every other international brand. On from the City you can walk to Darling Harbour and China Town. For entertainment there are music, sports, film and club venues all around you. For daily needs there is a grocery store just at the next red light and a large supermarket complex is a 2 min walk. Although it might be tempting to spend the day relaxing on terrace and watch the city move around in front of you For parking of the car I have visitor permits for $14.50 per day you can park the car in the streets nearby.

Heritage Terrace in a Waterfront Suburb Close to Everything.

Walk through the French doors leading onto the private balcony to admire Harbour Bridge views in this updated heritage home. Bright, cheerful and pastel-toned, the rooms are separated by sliding glass doors with heavy drapes for privacy. Living room converts to the second bedroom with a large L shaped sectional sofa that has a comfortable queen bed if required. Large Victorian terrace house offering 2 bedrooms with very comfy queen bed in 1 room and a large L shaped sectional sofa with a queen sized pull out bed in the 2nd (lounge room) The rooms are divided by a large sliding glass door, which can be closed and and made private with heavy drapes. Area is lockable and private. Both rooms have separate doors. Fully air conditioned and each room has ceiling fans. Add to this the almost permanent refreshing breezes, you are bound to be 100% comfortable. Double french doors opening to a balcony with clear views of the harbour bridge. Great spot for that first morning cup of tea or coffee. Full private bathroom with large soaking tub and glassed in shower! You have ample wardrobe hanging space, smart TVs, coffee making facilities, microwave and mini fridge. Access to full kitchen (isn't there a rule about NOT cooking whilst on holidays) , and courtyard with BBQ facilities. Guests will have access to kitchen and back courtyard with barbque I am always available if you need anything. The terrace lies in Balmain, close to so many amenities, including ferries, buses restaurants and boutiques. Close to Darling Harbour, Pyrmont, and the city, it's also a few doors down from the London Hotel, which hosts the area's best steakhouse. There are buses and ferries to all the favourite haunts and Balmain has many great walks around the foreshores. Bus to CBD takes under 15 minutes. Ferry to Circular Quay is around 10 minutes.
