Vacation rentals with a fire pit in City of Cockburn

Booked this for my step mother to be close to Fiona Stanley Hospital while my dad was admitted for surgery. She said Sandy was very lovely and welcoming and the room was exactly what she needed.

Yihai and his mum personally waited to receive us and kindly assured us not to rush despite our late arrival. When we arrived in the rain, Yihai didn't hesitate to come out and help us carry our heavy luggage up the stairs. Throughout the night, he was very quick to respond to my texts. His mum generously offered me her box of cookies when I mentioned I was hungry. When I requested a lock for my room door, Yihai promptly bought one. He also offered to drop us at the bus stop when he was going out. On the day of our departure, Yihai was having breakfast but immediately stood up to help us carry our heavy luggage down. Their pet parrot and cat were tame and friendly, which my daughter loved. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The house was lovely, with a beautiful sunrise view from the balcony and a lake just across the road. Most importantly, both Yihai and his mum were incredibly hospitable and accommodating. Thank you so much for having us! Both of you made us feel so at home.

Great host excellent communication, amenities as listed, close to business stops, Cockburn Gateway shopping centre and Cockburn Central station not far away. Great price. Highly recommend.

We booked quite late wanting somewhere near airport and thought the location was excellent. We had the place pretty much to ourselves which was great for us to watch a movie and have cuppas. Was a comfortable bed and great to have everything available to us! Love the shed gym!!

Dale + Michael are exceptional hosts. We felt extremely welcomed + comfortable. Loved the property, terrific hosts + beautiful surrounding areas. 10 mins walk to Swan River for coffee or breakfast to start the day before easily accessible public transport into Fremantle + Perth. So enjoyed being able to swim morning +/or evening in a lovely 12m pool. Would definitely stay again if returning to Perth.

It was like taking a trip back to the 60’s, in the best possible way, when we walked through the front door! We stayed here for 4 months while insurance was fixing our home. Great little house with an enclosed back yard and pet friendly. Eddie was one of the best Airbnb hosts we’ve ever had and got back to us immediately if we ever had to contact him. I highly recommend this little charmer of a house AND Eddie, who was an absolutely fantastic host. The house is super secure and I felt safe there even when my husband was working away. 5mins from the beach, shops, pub and a great walk around Lake Coogee.

we had a wonderful stay here. the house is absolutely lovely, the garden area was very cozy, the pool was perfectly refreshing, the check-in was flexible and we had everything we needed and a lot more. thank you very much for having us!

There aren’t enough characters available to describe how beautiful this apartment is .. the view, outdoor area and spa are amazing .. the kitchen and Bbq area is fully equipped . The bed and pillows are the best you can get . There is nothing negative to say about this property, the owners genuinely care about their guests . I would highly recommend this apartment. We are from Brisbane , but the next time we go to Perth this will be our go to accommodation

The older style complex is beautifully maintained and surprisingly quiet. The unit is lovely, it is clean and nicely decorated. Literally walk across the road and you are at the beach and one block away from the restaurants cafe's and supermarket. Undercover parking is a pleasant bonus. Georgina instantly replied to all of my messages and couldn't have been more helpful.

We very much enjoyed our stay on Hay Street. The apartment is comfortable spacious & very well equipped. The hosts were easy to deal with & very prompt to answer any queries. The weather was extremely hot when we were in Subiaco so it was also lovely to have use of the small pool.

Jolly is a warm and welcoming host, the studio was clean and tidy and had everything I needed. Perfect for a solo traveller! The location is very close to a dog friendly beach with crystal clear waters, and walking distance to the heart of Fremantle. My stay was very peaceful, and Jolly was quick to respond and easy to communicate with.

Wonderful space. Walkable to beach. Short drive to food and groceries. If you have young ones. It’s really close to the whale playground. If you are going to rottnest. Go from Hillary David was friendly and helpful when we arrived in the evening. 2 large king sized bed in 2 rooms perfect for families. Sofa is also a sofa bed I think. I love the open area. Great to unwind and have fruits for the kids and wine for the adults
