Vacation rentals with breakfast in City of Cockburn

The place was lovely. We appreciated the bread and milk that they left us. Netflix was good as well. We highly recommend it.

Berlinda was a delightful host. She made me feel welcome and often checked in regarding my comfort. Berlinda's place was the perfect quiet sanctuary after a day of sailing.

Glenn is a very kind and helpful host. The Airbnb is in walking distance of restaurants and cafés and only a short bike ride away from the beach. Overall it's a nice place to stay to unwind and relax but also to go out and explore Freo.

Our group of 7 spent 5 nights in Tania's place which was a stone throw away from the gorgeous Cottesloe Beach. Clear instructions were provided for the check in process and there was a detailed manual outlining all aspects of the house. Clean, quiet, safe, comfortable and well equipped for a family vacation! I will highly recommend this great place to anyone who is holiday home with a fantastic view of the Indian Ocean!

Lovely home in a lovely neighbourhood! Home and kitchen was very well stocked, really helped us with cooking for the little ones, equipped with picnic containers, olive oil and spices, kids plates and bowls. There were also kids books for bedtime routines and toys to entertain them! Even came with a trampoline, ping pong table, and monkey bars. The place was neat and clean too. The Cottesloe Beach House was so beautiful, homely and in just a near perfect spot. Cottesloe is an amazing suburb in Perth, whether you're a beach goer or not. Absolutely beautiful area in the Western Suburbs and easy to get into the City or to Fremantle. With adjacent suburbs like Claremont the area also has wonderful eateries and shopping away from the beautiful beaches. This beach house is in a lovely quiet street around the corner from the ever-popular Daisies Cafe and just 5mins walk from a terrific IGA shopping complex with pharmacy and several dining options. When we walked into the house the hosts had set the place up amazingly with soft lighting, beautiful music and some warmth to help us escape from such an unusually cold day in the West. The beds were all super-comfy with soft bed linen and the open plan living flows from the kitchen all the way down to the pool deck and BBQ area. The kids were big fans! Also need to say that the hosts were so good to deal with. Thanks.

Stayed in the red fridge for 13 nights and it was perfect, amazing location, great bars and restaurants really close. Would recommend to anyone wanting to be close to the beach !

A great space in a fantastic location. The house is located an easy few minute walk from the beach. The WA coast is amazing and unique to Australia. Unlike many short term stays that take short cuts because they are close to the beach, Brooke's places is very clean, very well appointed and as described in the listing. It has a relaxed, beachy aesthetic and is well suited to solo, couple or small family travellers. All of the little extras - milk in the fridge, a loaf of fresh bread on the kitchen bench, beach towels - made for an enjoyable stay and were appreciated. It is located close to many of Perth's best offerings. There is bus running past the front door, but a car is a more suitable option in this location. Brooke was a quick and clear communicator. Easy to highly recommend.

We stayed with Katie for the last leg of our Perth trip. Had some trouble finding the access cause it was through a small road at the back but after we found it, it was all good and easy. Access to the accommodation is through the garage which you can choose to park your car inside too. The living area is sufficient for a couple, and we love how everything is just there. Katie has also provided lots of snacks and amenities to make us feel at home. She is always responsive through the chat, always appreciate it. Definitely worth considering if you are looking for a cozy place!

The place is very spotless and very comfortable! The beds and linen are soft and cosy. Located very near to Kings Park.

Mayumi’s place was perfect for exploring Perth city, just an overhead bridge away from the city centre. Great that we also had a parking lot for the rental car. All the snacks came in really handy when we arrived on the evening of a public holiday (we didn’t know) and many shops/restaurants were closed. The exterior of the apartment wasn’t too appealing but all good and cozy once inside.

We were looking for a place to stay the night before our flight and were glad to have found this apartment. It was spotless when we arrived, and the bed was firm yet comfortable—perfect for a restful night. The location was great too, just a short walk to Scarborough Beach and lots of dining options. An added bonus: the hosts were very responsive and approachable over chat. All in all, a great stay!

Our third stay here and as always, felt very at home. The Boathouse had all the amenities and Liz and Chris are always so kind and considerate in having us check in early and checkout late. Igor’s place was perfect for us to stay a week in Perth. It was close to family we were visiting, and quite centrally located to easily get to the CBD, the beach, nature reserve, and everything else we did while we stayed. The place was well stocked with comfortable linens, towels, and a well-equipped kitchen for us to use. Parking was helpful as was easy check-in and out. Igor was very responsive, helpful, and flexible for us — making our stay as smooth as possible!

Kate's place was amazing! I stayed with my family which there was a baby who almost 2 years and she lent us some books for baby. Kate recommended some places even restaurants in Perth. I highly recommend if you want to stay in Como, Perth. I will definitely back again!

We felt welcome and comfortable at Jan and Steve’s place. Jan is a lovely, warm host who was so understanding and accomodating at short notice. The room was clean, the beds comfortable and the included breakfast was a bonus. Thankyou for having us.

My stay here was well above what I expected and suited me perfectly. It was very clean which I loved. Also central , with the bus stop into the city a short stroll away. Michele communicated well and was there to great me. Will definitely stay again when I’m in Perth.

Pete and Julia's place was beautifully located in the hills, only a short drive to the airport and about 30 minutes from the city. The nearby town of Kalamunda had lovely restaurants (Embers Italian was our pick), a farmer's market, walking tracks, and plenty of places to shop for supplies. The house was lovely, tastefully decorated, and the pool and private gardens a welcome bonus. Highly recommended for a peaceful and relaxing stay away from the hubbub of the city.
