Spacious barn conversion with views of the countryside. The Barn is an ideal location to use as a base for visiting the many places of interest or for a relaxing holiday. There are many National Trust properties within a small radius together with historic gardens and local vineyards. Tenterden and Rye are a short drive and Camber Sands, with its sandy beach, is a must. There are a number of local pubs which serve food, The White Hart within a few minutes walk, and many others not far away.

The Stable, Redsole Farm House

A peaceful retreat ideal for 2 adult guests on our small holding. Only 2 well behaved dogs are accepted, no other animals are allowed. Ideally situated to explore the beautiful Kent countryside by foot, cycle or car. 10 mins from Channel Tunnel, 20 mins from the Port of Dover and Canterbury. 10 mins from Folkestone West Station for the high speed train to London, which takes 55 mins, and 25 mins to Ashford and the Outlet Shopping Centre. The Stable is not suitable for babies or children.

The Times featured us! Sappington Granary is a secluded, romantic hideaway in pretty Kent countryside. This 200yr-old wooden farm building has been updated, but retains its unusual charm. Located 5 minutes walk away from the White Cliffs of Dover, the granary is a converted timber frame building set in the garden of a 16th century Kentish farmhouse and 1 km away from the beautiful seaside village of St Margaret's-at-Cliffe. Featuring exposed beams, wattle and daub walls and many original features including staddlestones and a handcrafted spiral staircase leading to a mezzanine sleeping area, the granary has a lovely feel and is very light, warm and cosy.
