A beautiful home in a beautiful location. We had a great stay for a family holiday and loved it. Comfortable rooms and well equipped Airbnb. Only downside was part of the oven not working, but the host was very responsive when we had any problems. Thank you for a lovely weekend away.

Lovely accommodation tucked away from main drag but within minutes walk to beach and town which has plenty of places to eat and drink. Everything needed was supplied, cooking utensils, towels etc. Owners kept in contact to check everything was o.k. Would recommend a stay here if you want relaxing time away with everything on hand, and will book in future if in the area.

Stayed here the night before my wedding and it was honestly perfect! Beautiful decor, clean and cosy - me and my Bridesmaids had a really memorable stay. Fleur was a fantastic host, letting us check in early and leaving us a card and bottle of fizz in the fridge - can’t recommend enough!

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Slip Cottage. Great communication from Steve throughout and perfect location for beach, restaurants, etc. Literally just off the main street but still quiet. Lovely touches like providing handwash and bubble bath! Lots of towels and toilet roll also. Highly recommend staying here.

Lovely spacious cottage matching description and photos. Town centre so easily walkable to the beach, high street and Deal’s many restaurants and bars. Janey’s cottage has everything you’d need if you want to cook, and the back garden is a lovely private sheltered space to spend time outdoors. Communication from Janey was friendly and helpful and it was easy to check in via the lockbox.

My wife and I really enjoyed our stay, we felt right at home. Dee and Jeff were exceptional hosts, very friendly and welcoming. They really do go the extra mile, as all the reviews say - to ensure we have a pleasant stay. The barn was everything I expected and more, you could see there were so many nice personal touches and preparation that went into making our stay as amazing as it was - from the complimentary breakfast (locally sourced), to the mobile charger and bottles of water by the bedside. Also, loved having access to Netflix and Prime! Will absolutely recommend and stay again, maybe in the Autumn/Winter time to take advantage of the log burner and fire pit outside!

We had a lovely stay in Jubilee Cottage. Spotlessly clean, full of character with everything we needed and more. Kitchen was very well equipped so we could easily cook whatever we fancied. Loads of recommendations for local restaurants and amenities. Lovely touches with welcome gifts from the hosts. Thank you.

Short stay whilst visiting family in Deal. Beautiful little bungalow, everything we needed and the bed linen and towels smelt lovely! We sat outside with a morning coffee in the sunshine! Martin was super helpful, responsive and checked all was well on arrival and leaving. Definitely stay again!

Nice and relaxing place. Very well equipped especially the kitchen area. Welcoming big basket, even milk and butter in the fridge and ice cream. A little bit more cleaning needed and carpets especially. But a great ans beautiful place to stay, very friendly and communicative hosts.

We loved our stay in this immaculately converted barn. It is huge, plenty space inside for when it was raining. The pond and the jacuzzi were a real treat, and the games room was used by everybody. We loved our barbecues outside, overlooking the valley, listening to the chickens. And we couldn't believe we had breakfast with still-warm-from-just-having-been-laid eggs! We would have loved a dryer or a bigger outside drying rack for all our wet stuff, as we had a toddler with us, but that didn't spoil our fun. We will recommend this beautiful place to our friends!

Julie is an ideal host, very friendly and responsive. The static caravan is very well equipped with a kitchen, 2 toilets, one with shower, and a sizeable lounge /dining area. Would book again. David Maxwell

We had a lovely week in Plantagenet and really cannot recommend it enough; the cottage really exceeded our expectations. The garden is phenomenal. It was a private and tranquil escape and our collie thoroughly enjoyed doing laps of the large garden despite the rainy weather. We loved it from the moment we arrived and didn't want to leave. The cottage is well equipped, has a great cosy ambiance with lots of indoor and outdoor game options no matter what the weather. The communication with Tim&Maite was friendly and responsive, we particularly appreciated the slightly late check out. We are hoping to book again soon with more of our family joining us.

This was our second visit to the Lighthouse and it still is an amazing place, from the panoramic sea views to a lovely warm inviting home. A dip in the pool before breakfast, sitting with a coffee watching the seascape, as far as Essex and beyond, sunsets and so much more. I will make the same comment as I did last, this goes for the whole of our party across 3 generations and the dogs, the only bad thing about the Lighthouse is having to leave. Hopefully this will not be our last visit.

Gorgeous cottage with lovely grounds. Great that both bedrooms have both king beds and en-suites makes all the difference. The hosts had given a really great welcome with apple juice, butter, milk, bread, eggs on arrival - such a lovely touch! The cottage really did have everything you needed.

Julie’s place was clean, private, had lots of natural light, nicely decorated and looked just like the photos. My partner and i self-catered for some of the trip, the kitchen was as described and had everything we needed. The location is great with only a few minutes walk from Whitstable town and its lovely beach. We felt right at home and Julie was a genuine, lovely and attentive host! Would recommend here 😊

We had a friends weekend away to whitstable and stayed at this cottage. The cottage was perfect and had everything we needed for a brilliant stay. When we couldn’t figure out how to work the oven, Fiona replied to our message really quickly to help us. We also had a few questions about local restaurants etc before we arrived which Fiona had recommendations for. Overall, a superb stay! Thank you!

We had a wonderful stay at Katy and Bryan’s cottage—truly one of the best Airbnbs we’ve experienced! From great communication at booking to a warm, friendly welcome, everything was perfect. Thoughtful touches like fresh bread and jam, and a bunch of sweet peas made the cottage feel like home. It was spotless, full of charming country details. We especially appreciated 100% cotton sheets and feather cushions. We loved relaxing on the porch, listening to birds, while our dogs enjoyed the garden. Bryan and Katy gave us great walk and beach suggestions and recommended the Wye farmers market—we loved it and brought home lots of goodies! Bryan even shared his kefir grains with us, so we can make our own kefir. We also had a fantastic lunch at the New Flying Horse pub, highly recommended! Thank you again, Katy and Bryan. We hope to return soon!

What a fabulous find! We spent the long May Day holiday weekend celebrating a big birthday for my mother in law at Theresa’s place and couldn’t have asked for a more perfect place. It was tranquil, immaculate, well equipped, comfortable, cosy and a wonderful place to base ourselves while exploring Kent. What more could you want?!? The rear garden is gorgeous in the afternoon and our little boy (3) had a tonne of fun running safely around. He also loved the fish in the front garden and seeing the farmers go past in their tractors. Theresa was an incredible host - providing clear and helpful instructions before our arrival and providing a basket and fridge of delicious local goodies for us to enjoy through our stay. We stopped in Herne Bay between stays in big cities for a vacation from our vacation. It was wonderful. The apartment is so cozy and perfect. The view is unmatchable. We found a little carnival on the pier on Sunday late morning/early afternoon. So relaxing! Would love to come back some day.
