The house is very nice, but the patio and balcony definitely get a 10/10, excellent sunset views and above all a lot of privacy, so we loved the Airbnb, I would definitely come back! The beach is approximately a 5-minute walk from the accommodation.

If you’re looking for a complete escape from reality… this is the place for you. It’s beautiful, quiet, there’s no loud noises, traffic, or annoying neighbors. Just the ocean, nature and a tranquil place to reset. We saw Hawksbill sea turtles laying their eggs, flamingos flying over head, crabs running sideways, and geckos calling to each other all around. We will definitely be returning and would highly recommend staying here.

Came for a girls trip and we had the best time. The house is nice and the ac in the rooms work well. We spent the entire trip by the pool and on the beach. The cabana is the perfect place to enjoy your morning coffee while soaking in the beach. We had someone cook for us while we were there and just ran to the store for snacks and anything we needed. Maria was easy to communicate with and assisted us with any request we had. This was the perfect beach getaway. I would definitely go back!

Very nice quiet place to rest and be with family. Everything is very clean and comfortable, in addition to having a card to access the beach club. Communication from the beginning was very clear and he was always available for my questions by message.

What an incredible stay! Stayed 5 nights and wish it could have been more. The place is fabulous looks even better in person, feels like a mini oasis with the wonderfully designed pool and outdoor space. No complaints and will def be staying here again.

Staying at Greg’s home was an absolute delight. The property beautifully marries traditional Yucatecan architecture with modern comforts, creating a unique and inviting atmosphere. The high ceilings and colorful tilework reflect the region’s rich heritage, while the thoughtfully curated furnishings add a touch of contemporary elegance.  One of the standout features is the lush courtyard, which offers a tranquil escape from the bustling city. The pool area, surrounded by vibrant greenery, became our favorite spot to unwind after a day of exploring. Inside, the rooms are spacious and airy, with ample natural light filtering through the large windows. Greg was an exceptional host—attentive, knowledgeable, and always ready with recommendations to enhance our stay. The home’s location on Calle 75 is ideal, placing us within walking distance of Mérida’s historic centro, yet tucked away enough to provide a peaceful retreat.

Very nice place, we really enjoyed entering a very different world, the house transports you to a peaceful environment! Everything is very clean and the location is excellent, very close to Paseo Montejo. As well as the host Mario, very attentive and very flexible. I would definitely come back:)

Amazing home and amazing stay! We were looking for a relaxing, peaceful and private escape and our only concern was that this home could not possibly live up to the pictures. Well in actuality, the home over exceeded our expectation. Already inside a very quiet, safe, and upscale gated community, you would not know that you are in a privada from the moment you step inside this hidden jungle retreat. Situated on a large property, both the exterior and interior design of this property are on point and seemingly not a detail was completed without thought. The grounds provide a canopy of green from the preserved trees on the lot allowing for complete privacy and amazing views from the impressive heights of the floor to ceiling glass walls, while keeping both the exterior and interior cool in the Yucatan heat. The energy on the property provides complete relaxation, wellness, creativity and peace. A very special place. Thank You Michelle and Emily for such a lovely memory! We will be back.

Great hosts and a great place, I loved that the space felt homey but modern at the same time, I was able to rest very comfortably in the bed and on the couch, I simply enjoyed lying on the couch and watching TV quietly. Perfect place if you like to be more at home and enjoy the privacy of a smaller and more personal space! Highly recommended for solo travelers or couples looking for intimate comfort for a few days and who don't mind a smaller space.

The bedroom is just as advertised and the location is excellent for activities or going for a walk. Perfect for relaxing. I would definitely stay there again. (Small details: the bathroom sink faucet was very far away, which made the water go out to the bar if it was not opened completely/ The bathroom drain in the shower emptied the water very slowly, which caused it to flood when bathing/ the sounds of the place are heard, so you usually hear some noise from the neighbors)

Alejandro's apartment is ideal for a visit to the north of Mérida. The area is super quiet, away from roads so the silence and calm are ideal. It has everything!! Kitchen with the essentials, everything is very clean. Would definitely stay here again.

Excellent location, a really beautiful apartment, we spent 8 days for my husband's recovery and it was amazing to 🫢 wake up and see the lake. Wow, that's priceless, an incredibly beautiful view, we could go for a quiet walk. I felt at home and Charito's service was wonderful, she was always attentive, and when I had any questions she answered quickly, she was very kind and friendly. Rating 11 out of 10. When I return to Merida I will definitely stay here again.
