Elena was a great host. Very responsive and made herself available. There were a few things we needed help with on our second day and she sorted everything very quickly. Stop searching! This property is absolutely breathtaking! The whole neighborhood is new. The security team is awesome. The house itself is huge. I believe it can easily accommodate eight people if needed, it was just my girlfriend and I and we lost each other a few times in the home lol. I’ve used AirBnB quite a bit and this house may be my favorite. He was communicative, understanding, and very proactive. He provides all of the asses to ensure you have a fantastic time in Phuket. I will definitely be back and I will definitely be staying here probably with a few friends. Thanks Andrei!!

The house is great. There is plenty of space in the rooms, living room and kitchen. A/C works very well, it is a very comfortable place. It is right on the main road, but the home is very quiet and private. There are 2 desks and the wifi works well, I was able to work very comfortably. Pema is such a pleasure to talk to. She feels like an old friend. Pema helped me in the most amazing way. And she was happy and willing to do everything and anything to make sure I was comfortable and happy.

Gratitude to Vlad for the apartment! I really liked the place. It turned out better than I expected. The house had everything you need. The apartment itself is clean and cozy, with a great view. The complex is new, next to a very nice park with birds, squirrels. You can do yoga in the park in the morning. The neighborhood is very beautiful. The only disadvantage of the neighborhood is that there are few restaurants, shops, massage salons. But overall it's not a problem - I walked 1.5 km, there is also a free shuttle you can take. The sea is a 7-10 minute walk through the park. I liked the beach itself. I'd love to come back here again!

I had an amazing time at this property. The place is conveniently located to shopping malls, seven 11 and not to far out to explore other parts of phuket as well. The cherry on top is the most amazing host who has been very responsive and helpful throughout my stay from the moment i made the booking. I highly recommend this little gem in phuket and hope to visit again soon.
