Fantastic location with one of the best views of Sea you will find in the whole of Phuket. The Villa is immaculate and very large. Access is up a steep hill but we got regular taxis via Grab which came right to the door of the Villa. The Luxe Villa team were fantastic, arranging private massages in the Villa and also private excursions for our family of 5 (3 young children).

Outstanding stay. One of the best places I have stayed in. The view of the beach from the balcony is one of a kind. The hosts are so nice and friendly.

Great place and hosting by Khun Natti and Mecha. Both are very helpful and responsive. Pleace was clean and spacious. Its great location if you want to spent quality time with family amd friends. Only 1 drawback as there is not many restaurants options around. And you should havr private vehicle to go around. But otheriwse it was fantastic experince and both Host amazingly nice and supportive ❤️

We very much enjoyed the fantastic apartment with great views, it was very clean 😀 We have been there for a month and certainly repeatable!! it is a bit high so not walkable,but with a taxi 🚖 good to do!! We would also like to thank Aoijai and Michael for the good care.👍🏽

A lovely apartment in a great location. Very quiet and private. Easy to get a bolt to anywhere you want to go in Phuket. Lots of restaurants for breakfast lunch and dinner within walking distance. Looks exactly like the photos! Would definitely recommend and come back here again.

We have visited the Bang Tao area multiple times and continue to be impressed by its charm, especially around the Laguna lakes. Our recent stay at the 2BR apartment in Laguna Skypark Residences was exceptional. Our host, Yulia, was incredibly accommodating, allowing us to check in earlier than the official time. She presented us with several apartment options within the complex, and we ended up choosing one that exceeded our expectations. The apartment was spacious, modern, and perfect for a family with a child. Another great feature was the convenient self-checkout, which made it easy for us to leave early in the morning for our flight. This flexibility was a huge plus! Thank you for the warm hospitality! We look forward to returning.

Dean is a stand out and an all star, and so are his rental properties at Chom Tawan! We loved every minute of our time in his rental and truly appreciate his level of genuine effort and communication. We cooked meals everyday thanks to the fully stocked kitchen and spent unforgettable moments in the apartment, the pool. the beautiful property and, of course, the breathtaking beaches just a short stroll away. Do yourself the favor and book you're stay at Chom Tawan through Dean; there may be alternate Airbnb options for this property but there's only one Dean🙏🏽.

This apartments are almost the best I’ve been in Phuket. I’m very happy to meet Julie and her beautiful apartment near Kata Beach. Very well furnished and well equipped with almost everything you need during your holidays in Thailand, all the stuff in the apartment is very good quality and almost new. Very beautiful apartment with astonishing ocean view on Kata Bay. Super highly recommend to stay here and enjoy your holidays. Definitely will come her again

Beautiful affordable place to stay! Host was very responsive at all times. Had a wonderful time relaxing in the pool after long day. Only thing it’s far away from the city .

Very nice place, it is quiet and peaceful, close to the beach, nearby a lot of bars, restaurants, shops and street food points. There are several swimming pools and a gym on site, clean and modern rooms. I recommend

Stayed for two days here...place was amazing! Had an issue with a lock on sliding door and maintenance was there to fix in less than 5 min after notification. Place was very clean! Shower head could use to be replaced was the only thing we noticed. Safe was being replaced as well as I let him know it would not open. Outstanding communication with a ton of local advice. Thank you!!!

Abdullah and the whole facilities of the hotel amazing! Ideal place to stay away from hot and dirty Patong city but still very close. Perfect location.Room nice and spacious with a free and safe parking.

Super location, great facilities, so handy having a washing machine and rooftop pool. Overall great value, only negative is the lack of a 2nd key and essentials

Very nice condo, much space and nice swimming pool

The unit was amazing! I can't speak highly enough of how impressive it was. We were less than 50m from the ocean. The entire complex was beautifully set out with swimming pools the length of the complex. The unit had two master bedrooms as well as a third separate bathroom. Vevee also had every imaginable accessory for the guests included in the unit. There is also a regular shuttle from reception to the local shops (Turtle Village) which had everything you would want. We will definitely go back again.

The host is very responsive and helpful! I was connected with Scarlett, and she helped me with all the things i needed, including waiting for the maintenance to fix the wifi. The place is as described and very comfortable! All the amenities are as described and the surroundings are peaceful and friendly. There are two rooms in this place, but I only use one because the other room smells like vomit and had cockroaches, but everything else is fine. And one inconvenience is the room downstairs was under construction from 9 am - 5 pm, the noise was killing me. But after all, i had a great time there.

Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend. I was here for a few weeks and the amenities such as the gym and pool especially are great. The apartment is clean and tidy and has everything you need. The hosts are particularly responsive and gracious.

We had a wonderful stay at Olaf’s flat. It is as described on the picture: spacious, clean and nicely decorated. It felt like home. The block of flats is on a peaceful and cute little road with several restaurants next to it. The Surin beach is also a perfect beach, for family. We will return if we travel to Phuket again!
