Great place to stay when you’re in Destin. Excellent location, 5 minute walk to the beach (private entrance) as well as several restaurants. Was very close to grocery stores, food, and shopping, but still enough off of the main strip that it felt a bit more secluded. Room was very comfortable and clean. Internet and streaming services for the kiddos in the afternoons as well. We had 3 little ones with us (4 and under) and they had a blast. Was great not to have to load everyone and our gear into the car every time we wanted to head to the beach. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would absolutely stay here again.

Tara was very helpful and answered all of the questions we had. Even brought us cupcakes when got stuck outside of the room for 20 minutes!

Beautiful, cozy apartment. Location was perfect. Views were gorgeous. Our host Erin, was prompt and helpful with responses to any questions we had. Would highly recommend staying here. You won’t regret it

We stayed from 6/3 to 6/7 and absolutely loved this beautiful home. The photos are an accurate reflection of the space—it looks exactly as pictured. Any questions I had were promptly met with helpful and thoughtful responses. The owners even checked in to ensure everything was meeting our expectations. The unit is fully stocked with everything you could possibly need, making the stay completely hassle-free. The attention to detail and the intentional touches throughout the home made our experience truly stress-free and enjoyable. The building includes an elevator, which made coming and going a breeze. The community was warm and welcoming, and the view from the balcony was stunning. The pool in the evening was calm and relaxing, creating the perfect atmosphere to unwind. I will definitely stay here again with my family. You won’t be disappointed!

How has great communication and the location was perfect. Easy to access with a lot of walkable places and super close to Grand Boulevard.

Very comfortable place, we felt at home. Host was friendly and instructions were easy. There was soap and shampoo/conditioner in the bathrooms. I'd definitely recommend it. Thank you for making our stay easy and comfortable!

The unit matched what the listing displayed. This unit was private, backs up to a pond with lighted fountains, and has secured entrance for both the unit and the community. It was less than a 5 minute drive to the beach and great restaurants. Responsive host as well. We really enjoyed our stay and look forward to visiting again soon.

Perfect location, steps away from the beach. However, only 2 parking spaces are allowed (so you will need to fit your groups of 12 people in 2 cars). Bunk beds offer sleeping arrangement for 6 people, but have to deal with the squeaking noise from the bed frames. Other than that, good value for the money!

This is a very beautiful and calm place to stay at while on vacation and the location is amazing. Loved that it is a 5 min walk to the beach and 5 min drive to the outlet mall and restaurants. Would definitely stay again!

We had a marvelous stay! The location was right in the center of all the hot spots, and the amenities were fantastic! We loved riding around in the golf cart! For our first stay in Rosemary beach, the guidebook was fantastic at directing us to everything we needed to know! We will definitely be back!

Fantastic for our Mother's Day getaway! Location was perfect for negotiating intermittent storms and toddler rest/snack breaks without having to lug a ton of stuff to the pool deck or the beach. Comfortable furnishings with more than enough basics available to continue daily operations even on vacation.

The Airbnb was beautiful and clean. The area was very nice as well! The host was responsive and kind. Would recommend.

This host was on top of it with proactive instructions for check in, great recommendations on things to do, and everything stocked for a great vacation. Next time we will pack even lighter since they thought of everything for a great beach day and a stay. Beautiful condo, beautiful view, nice private beach, right near Baytown Wharf shopping and good eats. We had no issues at all. We asked one favor while staying there and the host went above and beyond to be helpful. Thanks again, we will be back!

Great condo. Perfect view of the beach. Very accommodating with beach chairs and beach toys for the kids. Loved that they provided floor fans as well, definitely helped with comfort. Comfortable for family of 5.

We loved staying here! So many things in walking distance and we loved having the pool right outside! Geri was wonderful and was quick to respond to any questions we had! We would definitely stay here again!
