Quynh is a very friendly host. The bnb location is in a very safe neighborhood. Bnb is affordable and suitable for budget-conscious travelers.

Rr’s place had everything I needed for a quick stay! Peaceful & clean neighborhood that was easy to navigate. The place itself was a bit bigger than I expected which was nice & one I felt comfortable in. Would recommend this place to anyone that needed to stay in the area :)

I can’t say enough about Daniel’s Airbnb. It’s beautiful surroundings, attractively decorated, very welcoming, super comfortable, extremely clean and has just about everything you need. Daniel is very responsive, reaching out to welcome, making one feel right at home and answering any questions promptly. I felt safe and at ease in the neighborhood. Lovely home ! It’s very quiet and clean. The room looks just like the picture. The bed is so comfortable I slept like a baby. The bathroom has everything you need ! I loved that I had parking inside I felt very safe here. I would recommend this room 🥰

Guilan was an amazing host! She was super friendly and responsive, and went above and beyond to ensure we had a great stay. She directed me towards the nearest restaurant, which was just a few blocks away. The supply of water bottles and snacks were a nice surprise and much appreciated. I felt right at home at Guilan's.

This was a very peaceful stay inside of a gated community. Check-in/out was very easy. The hosts were very friendly and even offered for us to join them for a meal! We really enjoyed going to the pool and hot tub. The room was very clean and they had snacks, coffee/tea, a hot water kettle, and some toiletries. Very good deal, would definitely recommend!

this is our third time staying at elizabeth’s place and we’ll definitely be back a fourth time! the airbnb itself is lovely, absolutely a great place to rest and relax. the kitchen and bathroom are fully stocked-(which is completely unnecessary but very appreciated) and elizabeth herself is a delight. the airbnb is a very short walk from downtown, and the walk is gorgeous. can’t recommend this spot highly enough.

Excellent Stay for Special Occasion! We had a wonderful time staying at this charming apartment during our niece's graduation in Long Beach. The location couldn't have been better - everything we needed was within easy reach, making our trip so much more convenient. The host really went above and beyond with thoughtful touches that made our stay special. The apartment came well-stocked with extra linens, a record player that added great ambiance, and a fully equipped kitchen that had everything we needed. The cozy atmosphere made it feel like a home away from home. Perfect spot for anyone visiting Long Beach - we'd definitely stay here again! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Darcy's place was just as described and Darcy was a wonderful host. From providing local recommendations to having ample "spare supplies" in the unit, he went that extra mile to make our stay a pleasant one. We'd definitely look at booking again when next we're in the LA area.

We stayed for over a month, host was always very attentive, answered all questions in a timely manner. Enjoyed our stay as we are waiting for assisted housing for my disabled father. Geoff was always accommodating to unexpected issues that arose on my end. The studio home has everything needed for a lengthy stay or short. My father was comfortable watching movies and sitting on the porch at night. Thank you Geoff for being such a spectacular host! A++++

beautiful and peaceful place , comfortable and clean

The place has a nice environment and was generally comfortable. Parking was easy, which was a big plus. However, getting in was a bit tricky — you have to enter through the balcony, which was a little complicated. It also takes a few minutes for the hot water to come on in the shower, and the water pressure is just average. I recommend bringing your own shampoo and body wash, as the provided toiletries had a strong, unpleasant smell and didn’t seem to be good quality, so we didn’t use them.

Pari’s place is bigger than it appears in the photos- really nice space. Modern and comfortable, fully outfitted kitchen, and plenty of towels/amenities. Contrary to other reviewers, I didn’t find the parking to be tough. I rented an SUV and just backed into the space without a problem - I can see how it would be tough for someone if they headed in- just do a three point turn up front and you’ll be fine :) One last comment- the location can’t be beat! Walking distance to so much (including one of my favorite restaurants, Green Street). And less than 15 minutes to Occidental College, where I was attending events. Great stay. Thanks Pari!

Absolutely thrilled about our stay here. It’s a beautiful condo with the best LA decor. Everything was clean and comfortable. Also- Having a WORKING washing machine in an Airbnb was a game changer! The rooftop views- wow!! How cool to have a pool and hot tub on the roof! There is also no reason to feel unsafe at this location (I saw other reviews with some worries). The security at the front desk was AMAZING. They will not let anyone in that is not supposed to be in the building. They eventually know you by name and greet you. They walked me outside to show me exactly how to get to the convenient parking garage provided by the host. (The parking garage is just as secure!) I could go on and on about our experience- but it will only allow me to write so much! Thank you so much Brandon! We will be back! If you want to stay downtown LA- stay here.

Nice place. Quiet. I had no issues getting in. The bathroom was clean. Kitchen was clean. They had a steamer for my clothes which was nice as well.

The place is incredible and the views are beautiful!! I highly recommend and am very thankful they are very good host. Everything was clean and you have everything you need.

Amazing place, with a beautiful kitchen! The building itself was very quiet. Most everything was walkable, or at least a very short uber ride away! Any questions we had we got a response very quickly. A perfect stay for the weekend!

Great place with all the little things you'd need - pool/ beach towels, utensils, water, coffee, etc.

The place was very clean, very well laid out and homey, lots of closet space, and I can't say enough about how well-stocked the house was! Plenty of kitchen supplies - everything you could ever need - as well as cleaning supplies, plenty of towels, even extra toilet paper and tissues if you ran out. Office area was a great place to sit and put on my make-up and dry my hair (using the portable make up mirror provided in the bathroom) while my husband showered! Eric was very responsive to any questions. Easy check-in and check out. We would definitely stay again if in the area.

Autumns condo was the perfect location for a wedding at the Lake Arrowhead resort. It was walking distance to the resort and 2 minute walk to the Village. The condo was clean and perfectly appointed for all our needs. Will definitely look into staying the next time we visit.
