Das Farmhouse 1604 liegt mit seinen vier großzügigen Ferienwohnungen im Seethal, direkt hinter dem Chiemsee. Ursprünglich war dieses denkmalgeschützte Haus das Bauernhaus eines Chiemsee-Fischers. In dem Apartment Farmers Loft wohnt man offen und großzügig auf 95 m2, dort befinden sich eine offene Küche mit Wohnzimmer und Schlafbereich. Der Blick vom Balkon geht auf Pferde-Weiden und Bauernhöfe. Es gibt im Farmers Loft ein großzügiges Badezimmer mit eigenem Ankleideraum und separater Toilette.

The apartment consists of a room, a hallway and a bathroom with bathtub. The living room is also used as a bedroom. There is a cozy sofa and a double bed. The separate kitchen is fully equipped. The apartment also has a large balcony with a beautiful view of the mountains and the lake.

Our apartment Enzian with approx. 65m ² has two separate bedrooms and two bathrooms, a modern kitchen-living room and a cozy balcony. On the shared roof terrace with magnificent views of Lake Achensee there is a shared lounge area and grill. Linens and towels are included in our free parking space. All leisure facilities in the Karlingerhof as well as the garden and the large playground are available to our guests.
