Recentemente ristrutturata, con finiture di pregio: il soggiorno-cucina dispone di un divano letto matrimoniale e di una cucina dotata anche di lavastoviglie. Al secondo piano si trova la camera da letto con bagno e balcone. Nella camera c'è una poltrona-letto ed una culla pieghevole. La casa affaccia sul vicolo pedonale per cui estremamente silenzioso.
