Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Chia

We just spent three weeks at Marizo’s place, and it was fantastic. From the moment we reached out to book, he was super responsive and helpful. Since this was a workation, we needed two workspaces, and that was no issue at all—there was a desk in the bedroom and a dining table in the lounge. The one-bedroom flat was perfect; it had everything we needed, including a washing machine and dryer, plus some nice extras like beach mats and an air fryer. They even had a bunch of condiments that made cooking easier. The online streaming was great too, so we could keep up with our shows while we were away. The whole apartment was well-designed, with plenty of hanging and storage space in the bedroom. They even had a smart shoe rack and drawer organizers. The blackout blinds were a lifesaver since it gets really bright this time of year. What a gorgeous place to stay! We chose the location because it looked peaceful, away from the busy city, and near to the water. It was exactly what we wanted - waking up to the sound of the sea, and stunning sunsets on the balcony. It felt very private with lots of places to sit depending on your mood - sun loungers, shaded balconies, outdoor table, or a comfy sofa inside. Everything you need is just a short drive away, and we parked in the large train station car park when we visited Cagliari - 15 Euros all day, pay at the machine. There are loads of lovely sandy beaches heading East along the coast, from 10 to 40 mins away, with free parking. The house was spacious, spotlessly clean and smelled wonderful! The beds were super comfortable and the rooms were dark with the shutters closed. The hot tub was really nice, comfy, everything worked, and we loved watching the sunset from there. Taty & Luca were outstanding hosts, thank you so much for everything!

Elena is fantastic, her house is a gem in a great location for visiting the city on foot. The house is equipped with everything you could possibly need. Elena's directions to restaurants and beaches were accurate and all of the highest quality locations. Highly recommended! And if I go back to Cagliari, I'll go back to the beautiful Azuni Suite!

The host was nice, welcoming and came up with an incredibly useful list of recommendations for beaches, restaurants, bars and other things to do in and around Cagliari. I've hardly been involved in anything like this. The biggest challenge was perhaps that the car I traveled with was too big to drive in the narrow streets through the old town. Otherwise, it was not difficult to find parking in the nearby area. Cagliari was a nice and cozy city with plenty of nice beaches in the surrounding area and in the city. Would recommend a visit to others.

We felt right at home staying at Marta’s place in Cagliari. The location was perfect, less than 5 minutes to the main strip and square with so many bars and restaurants to choose from. The terrace is the highlight. Nowhere else will you get a city, sea, harbour, Mountain View. Great to eat dinner in the outside dining area with the sun setting over the mountain too. Marta has lots of books and trinkets around the apartment from her time in Japan, there’s a certain charm to it that just makes you feel at home. Whilst it’s an old building, it didn’t bother us at all. We worked remotely for 2 weeks from Marta’s place and wish we had longer! All the cleaning products are there, extra towels, lots of kitchenware to make dinner etc. The bed was comfy, the office was perfect and the location was so convenient. We hope to visit again one day!

Tomasso was very helpful before as well as during our stay. He gave us multiple recommendations of where to go as well as of some potential restaurants to try out. The apartment was located in a great area, with restaurants and historical sights all within walkable distance. The beach was easily accessible by bus which was only a few minutes away. The host always felt approachable and friendly, but never to the point where it would be overbearing. Our stay was overall amazing and if we're ever back in Cagliari, we'd choose this place again for our stay.

What an amazin experience, i don't even know where to begin to describe all the advantages of this apartment. Spotless cleanliness, very easy check-in, unusual customer care, warm hosts. In the apartment you will find beach towels, beach chairs, a tourist cooler with inserts, a hat, sunglasses, SPV filter, many cosmetics... I could go on and on. In nearby Pula there are several very good restaurants. In 25-30 minutes you can reach spectacular sandy beaches. I recommend this place. I can not wait to come back.

Giulia was absolutely fantastic! Our flight arrived in Cagliari around 1am, but Giulia had no problem meeting us despite the late hour. She was so kind and welcoming, even bringing a snack to help us settle in and start our holiday off. She made everything feel easy and stress-free from the moment we arrived. She was incredibly helpful with everything we needed. From giving us tips on local restaurants and beaches, to helping us find the Airbnb and answering any questions we had during our stay. Whenever we reached out, she responded quickly and was always eager to help, which made us feel really well taken care of. The Airbnb itself was spotless, quiet, and modern. The apartment had everything we needed. Even though the street outside can be a little lively at night, the apartment stayed very peaceful and comfortable. It was the perfect place to relax after a day of exploring Cagliari. We honestly couldn’t recommend Giulia and her place more. Definitely a 5-star experience.

Had a great time staying at Paola’s cottage. It was a beautiful place with all the amenities you required. She was very responsive in everything and made our stay in Cagliari fabulous! I highly recommend this accomodation and thank Paola for everything.

Amazing villa, in a lovely part of Sardinia.

The house is in a quiet and private location and in a great location for visiting the beautiful nearby beaches. The house was very clean and Marco and his family made us feel at home. The welcome drinks and fruit were really appreciated. Highly recommended. We'll definitely be back.

I was greeted when I arrived and my heavy case was taken up the stairs for me. I stayed for 2 weeks. Beautiful accommodation, extremely clean and gorgeously appointed. Very comfortable. It’s very well positioned in the centre and only 10 minutes from my language school. It’s close to great bars and restaurants but very quiet. Highly recommend! And I need to mention that I am very fussy! Brilliant!

It was nice staying at the holiday home. The apartment is small but equipped with everything, a quiet area, within walking distance of the center. The host was very helpful and kind. Excellent starting point to visit the surroundings.

The house is very modernly furnished. The appliances are all modern and easy to use. The wifi was very good. All rooms have air conditioning, which is very good and quiet. There are plenty of shower towels and hand towels. The bathrooms are very modern, only storage facilities are missing in the lower bathroom. The location of the house is very good. The very nice beach and many good restaurants are within walking distance. Free parking is available right outside the door. Communication with Andrea always worked very well. There could be more plates and pots, then you wouldn't have to turn on the dishwasher so often. There are plenty of glasses, cups and cutlery. The laundry rack is too small and there are definitely no cushions for the wooden loungers on the upper terrace. These are things that can certainly be changed. We felt very comfortable and can highly recommend the house.

My wife, 2 adult children, and I had a great 3-night stay. We loved the architectural design details, spacious accommodations, modern amenities (washer/dryer!), and quiet location in the historic Quartiere Castello. We didn’t cook in the apartment, but we enjoyed a daily ritual of morning cappuccinos and pastries at the cafe in the charming piazza across the street. Climbing all the stairs from the lower town in the afternoon heat was definitely a workout, so the air conditioning was much appreciated. Laura and Mattia are excellent hosts. They provided clear instructions and were very responsive to requests and questions.

Elena’s place was stunning. Hands down the BEST place I’ve ever stayed in. From the white sparkling interior, to insanely comfortable beds with white crisp linen to white marble bathrooms with excellent showers. Just a minute away from great cafe’s and restaurants. Marina was just 5-7 minutes away. Elena was extremely responsive too. I’m already planning my next stay at Elena’s stately retreat.

The apartment is equipped with everything you need and the equipment is new. Great outdoor grill! You need a car in the location, but you have a nice view. Beaches of Chia 10 min. by car, supermarkets in Pula also about 10 min. Down on the main road, directly opposite, there is a holiday resort leading to a beautiful beach (small parking lot after about 400 m on the right). We felt very comfortable and Stefano is the perfect host! Always available, competent and very helpful. A later check-out was possible, but again our thanks!!

Had a great stay in this apartment, which is located in one of the nicest parts of Cagliari! The flat was spotlessly clean, and has everything you could possibly need. Juan was an excellent host, and gave us lots of useful recommendations. Will definitely be back in the future!

Very comfortable beds, clean, beautiful views of the ocean from the terrace. Tiziana was very helpful and responsive. Very walkable to several restaurants and the grocery. Would definitely stay here again.

The apartment "like at home" is exactly what it promises. There were three of us, two adults and a 2-year-old, and we had a very good time. The apartment is in the center, but in a quiet setting. A stone's throw away is everything you might need. It is also very close to all the most beautiful beaches in the area. Marzia was a great host! If I had to go back to Villasimius, I would not hesitate to choose this apartment again!

The accommodation was exactly as shown in the pictures - clean, stylish and equipped with everything you need. The area is quiet but still easily accessible, with shops and public transport nearby. Stefano, the host, was extremely kind and helpful, quickly answering all our questions and making sure we had a good time. I can only recommend it to everyone, we felt in love with Cagliari, and we will definitely come back!🥰
