Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Chia

We just spent three weeks at Marizo’s place, and it was fantastic. From the moment we reached out to book, he was super responsive and helpful. Since this was a workation, we needed two workspaces, and that was no issue at all—there was a desk in the bedroom and a dining table in the lounge. The one-bedroom flat was perfect; it had everything we needed, including a washing machine and dryer, plus some nice extras like beach mats and an air fryer. They even had a bunch of condiments that made cooking easier. The online streaming was great too, so we could keep up with our shows while we were away. The whole apartment was well-designed, with plenty of hanging and storage space in the bedroom. They even had a smart shoe rack and drawer organizers. The blackout blinds were a lifesaver since it gets really bright this time of year. Parking is free right outside, and there are two butchers, a supermarket, and several local bars and restaurants within walking distance. My husband and I like

What a gorgeous place to stay! We chose the location because it looked peaceful, away from the busy city, and near to the water. It was exactly what we wanted - waking up to the sound of the sea, and stunning sunsets on the balcony. It felt very private with lots of places to sit depending on your mood - sun loungers, shaded balconies, outdoor table, or a comfy sofa inside. Everything you need is just a short drive away, and we parked in the large train station car park when we visited Cagliari - 15 Euros all day, pay at the machine. There are loads of lovely sandy beaches heading East along the coast, from 10 to 40 mins away, with free parking. The house was spacious, spotlessly clean and smelled wonderful! The beds were super comfortable and the rooms were dark with the shutters closed. The hot tub was really nice, comfy, everything worked, and we loved watching the sunset from there. Taty & Luca were outstanding hosts, thank you so much for everything!

Elena è fantastica, la sua casa un gioiellino in una posizione ottima per visitare la città a piedi. La casa è fornita di tutto ma proprio tutto ciò di cui puoi aver bisogno. Le indicazioni di Elena su ristoranti e spiagge sono state precise e tutte di location di qualità altissima. Super suggerita! E se torno a Cagliari torno nella splendida Suite Azuni!

L’appartement était parfait ! Bien situé, joliment décoré, super propre, fonctionnel et frais. Il y avait vraiment tout ce dont nous avions besoin (parasols, serviettes de plage, kit de toilette, café, biscuits, bonbons, toute la vaisselle nécessaire, sèche cheveux etc). Ksenia est vraiment super gentille et aux petits soins. Elle nous a fourni des recommandations d’endroits comme de restaurants etc. Nous avons passé un merveilleux séjour grâce à elle. Si nous devions revenir, il est certain que ça serait de nouveau chez Ksenia.

We felt right at home staying at Marta’s place in Cagliari. The location was perfect, less than 5 minutes to the main strip and square with so many bars and restaurants to choose from. The terrace is the highlight. Nowhere else will you get a city, sea, harbour, Mountain View. Great to eat dinner in the outside dining area with the sun setting over the mountain too. Marta has lots of books and trinkets around the apartment from her time in Japan, there’s a certain charm to it that just makes you feel at home. Whilst it’s an old building, it didn’t bother us at all. We worked remotely for 2 weeks from Marta’s place and wish we had longer! All the cleaning products are there, extra towels, lots of kitchenware to make dinner etc. The bed was comfy, the office was perfect and the location was so convenient. We hope to visit again one day!

Tomasso was very helpful before as well as during our stay. He gave us multiple recommendations of where to go as well as of some potential restaurants to try out. The apartment was located in a great area, with restaurants and historical sights all within walkable distance. The beach was easily accessible by bus which was only a few minutes away. The host always felt approachable and friendly, but never to the point where it would be overbearing. Our stay was overall amazing and if we're ever back in Cagliari, we'd choose this place again for our stay.

Wir haben eine Woche in Paolos Apartment verbracht und es war einfach fantastisch! Das Apartment ist wunderschön, sehr sauber und geräumig. Paolo war äußerst proaktiv in der Kommunikation und hat uns tolle Empfehlungen gegeben. Er hat sich um all unsere Anliegen zeitnah gekümmert und war super freundlich und hilfsbereit. Auch seine Eltern waren sehr nett. Die Lage des Apartments ist zentral, sodass man alles gut erreichen kann. Insgesamt war es eine perfekte Unterkunft mit allen Annehmlichkeiten, die man braucht. Wir können es wärmstens empfehlen!

Giulia was absolutely fantastic! Our flight arrived in Cagliari around 1am, but Giulia had no problem meeting us despite the late hour. She was so kind and welcoming, even bringing a snack to help us settle in and start our holiday off. She made everything feel easy and stress-free from the moment we arrived. She was incredibly helpful with everything we needed. From giving us tips on local restaurants and beaches, to helping us find the Airbnb and answering any questions we had during our stay. Whenever we reached out, she responded quickly and was always eager to help, which made us feel really well taken care of. The Airbnb itself was spotless, quiet, and modern. The apartment had everything we needed. Even though the street outside can be a little lively at night, the apartment stayed very peaceful and comfortable. It was the perfect place to relax after a day of exploring Cagliari. We honestly couldn’t recommend Giulia and her place more. Definitely a 5-star experience.

Unser Aufenthalt in Paolas Apartment war wirklich toll. Es hat an nichts gefehlt. Vor allem die zentrale Lage war hervorragend. Paola war jederzeit erreichbar und ihr lag unser Wohlbefinden am Herzen. Die Unterkunft können wir wirklich nur weiterempfehlen. Wir werden nicht das letzte Mal Paolas Gäste gewesen sein.

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Das airbnb ist genau wie auf den Bildern und hat , neben dem beheizten Pool auch einen wunderbaren Meerblick aus einem der Schlafzimmer. Die Nachbarschaft war sehr ruhig und überhaupt nicht störend. Es haben anfangs ein paar Basics wie eine Bialetti oder Bedsheets gefehlt. Das war aber kein Problem durch die schnelle Antwort von Lucca wurde alles prompt gebracht. Wir hatten einen perfekten Urlaub in Villa Lolly

La casa è in una posizione tranquilla e riservata e in un ottima posizione per visitare le bellissime spiagge vicine. La casa era pulitissima e Marco e la sua famiglia ci hanno fatto sentire a casa.Le bevande e la frutta di benvenuto sono state veramente apprezzate. Consigliatissimo. Torneremo sicuramente.

I was greeted when I arrived and my heavy case was taken up the stairs for me. I stayed for 2 weeks. Beautiful accommodation, extremely clean and gorgeously appointed. Very comfortable. It’s very well positioned in the centre and only 10 minutes from my language school. It’s close to great bars and restaurants but very quiet. Highly recommend! And I need to mention that I am very fussy! Brilliant!

É stato piacevole soggiornare nella casa vacanze. L’appartamento è piccolo ma dotato di ogni cosa, zona tranquilla, a due passi dal centro. L’host è stata molto disponibile e gentile. Ottimo punto di partenza per visitare i dintorni.

Das Haus ist sehr modern eingerichtet. Die Geräte sind alle modern und gut bedienbar. Das WLAN war sehr gut. Alle Zimmer haben eine Klimaanlage, die sehr gut und leise ist. Es gibt ausreichend Dusch- und Handtücher. Die Badezimmer sind sehr modern, es fehlen nur Ablagemöglickeiten im unteren Badezimmer.Die Lage des Hauses ist sehr gut. Der sehr schöne Strand und viele gute Restaurants kann man gut zu Fuß erreichen. Es gibt einen kostenlosen Parkplatz direkt vor der Tür. Die Kommunikation mit Andrea klappte immer sehr gut. Es könnte mehr Teller und Töpfe geben, dann müsste man nicht so oft den Geschirrspüler anstellen. Gläser, Tassen und Besteck gibt es ausreichend. Der Wäscheständer ist zu klein und es fehlen definitiv Auflagen für die Holzliegen auf der oberen Terrasse. Das sind Dinge, die man sicher ändern kann.Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und können das Haus sehr empfehlen.

Tolle Wohnung mit vielen tollen Extras, sei es in der Küche oder im Bad. Mit viel Liebe zum Detail. Wir kommen gerne wieder

My wife, 2 adult children, and I had a great 3-night stay. We loved the architectural design details, spacious accommodations, modern amenities (washer/dryer!), and quiet location in the historic Quartiere Castello. We didn’t cook in the apartment, but we enjoyed a daily ritual of morning cappuccinos and pastries at the cafe in the charming piazza across the street. Climbing all the stairs from the lower town in the afternoon heat was definitely a workout, so the air conditioning was much appreciated. Laura and Mattia are excellent hosts. They provided clear instructions and were very responsive to requests and questions.

Elena’s place was stunning. Hands down the BEST place I’ve ever stayed in. From the white sparkling interior, to insanely comfortable beds with white crisp linen to white marble bathrooms with excellent showers. Just a minute away from great cafe’s and restaurants. Marina was just 5-7 minutes away. Elena was extremely responsive too. I’m already planning my next stay at Elena’s stately retreat.

Die Wohnung ist mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht und die Ausstattung ist neu. Toller Aussengrill! Man braucht bei der Lage zwar ein Auto, hat dafür aber einen schönen Ausblick. Strände von Chia 10 min. mit dem Auto, Supermärkte in Pula ebenfalls ca. 10 min. Unten an der Hauptstraße geht es direkt gegenüber durch eine Ferienanlage zu einem schönen Strand ( kleiner Parkplatz nach ca. 400 m rechts). Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und Stefano ist der perfekte Gastgeber! Immer erreichbar, kompetent und sehr hilfsbereit. Ein späterer check-out war möglich, dafür nochmal unseren Dank!!

Had a great stay in this apartment, which is located in one of the nicest parts of Cagliari! The flat was spotlessly clean, and has everything you could possibly need. Juan was an excellent host, and gave us lots of useful recommendations. Will definitely be back in the future!

Tiziana is een superhost, zeer behulpzaam en het appartement was kraaknet. Het ligt in een rustige buurt en in de nabijheid zijn lekkere restaurantjes die Tiziana ons aanraadde. Evenals een bezoek aan het natuurpark Molentargius. Ook het oude stadscentrum en de aanpalende buurten zijn de moeite waard.

L’appartamento “come a casa” è esattamente quello che promette. Noi eravamo in tre, due adulti e una piccola di 2 anni, e ci siamo trovati molto bene. L’appartamento si trova in centro, ma in un contesto tranquillo. A due passi si trova tutto quello di che cui si possa avere bisogno. Inoltre dista pochissimo da tutte le più belle spiagge della zona. Marzia è stata un’ottima host! Se dovessi tornare a Villasimius non esiterei a scegliere nuovamente questo appartamento!

The accommodation was exactly as shown in the pictures - clean, stylish and equipped with everything you need. The area is quiet but still easily accessible, with shops and public transport nearby. Stefano, the host, was extremely kind and helpful, quickly answering all our questions and making sure we had a good time. I can only recommend it to everyone, we felt in love with Cagliari, and we will definitely come back!🥰

Nous avons était ravis de séjourner dans cet appartement très bien placé, au centre de jolis points de vues et activités. Nous avons toujours réussi à trouver des places de parking gratuites à proximité. Concernant l’accueil, l’hôte nous a permis de rentrer plus tôt dans le logement en autonomie avec des instructions claires. Merci encore !
