Monthly Rentals in Chester Basin

This place is a true oasis. I loved seeing both the sunrise and sunset right from the bedroom. The sounds of the gently lapping waves put me to sleep too! You can literally spend all day every day right there, and just feel so relaxed. Dale was really easy to communicate with, and the layout of the place is such that you can see the ocean from all the main rooms. The house is big, bright, and spacious but at the same time is cozy. Everyday we would eat breakfast overlooking the water, go for walks to the beach, and if you're crazy like me, I did polar dips right there at the small beach right at the house. This place was perfect for my mum with mobility issues because the whole main level has everything you need, and there are minimal thresholds throughout the house (she often trips on them), and there's even a walk-in shower.

Great, quiet little spot. Plus, Steve has thought of everything! Anything you need is there! Only stayed one night but will definitely be back. Thank you!

Loved our stay at this quaint cottage cabin, exceptional hosts. Couldn't ask for better. They went above and beyond to make us feel at home. Hoping to stay again in the near future and a little longer so we can take advantage of the Kayaking/paddleboat on the gorgeous lake. Our family had a wonderful stay. Scenery was beautiful, house was perfect, and enjoyed all our day trips (Lunenberg, Peggs Cove, Halifax). Jordan was a perfect host, always responsive. Our two kids (6, 2) loved playing on bunk beds, and there were some games and activities to keep them entertained. Highly recommend for a getaway - family, couple, or friends.
