Our approx 600 sq ft suite is new and is on the lower level of our home. We offer a private entrance, one private bedroom, a private bath( with a shower, toilet and sink/vanity), kitchenette, eating and relaxing areas, large tv, wifi and the use of a private patio, small lawn area and barbeque. Our charming bedroom has a queen bed, sofa, bistro table and chairs and is close to beach access at Southey Point. The bathroom has a newly installed shower, washbasin and composting toilet. There is a closet and an outside deck space. Although the space does not have a kitchen, there is a fridge, kettle, coffee maker and toaster for the convenience of our guests and continental breakfast items are provided.
