Beautifully appointed and spacious home on an excellent property. All the amenities you would require on holiday. Perfect if you want to explore the area. The host’s communication was excellent. We would go back any time.

Magdalena was lovely and helpful, always responsive to messages. The house was clean and in a quiet location. It was also within walking distance to the beach, shops and train station. Instructions were clear and easy to follow. Would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful place, very easy to check into. Bed was soo comfortable! Kitchen had everything needed to cook and bathroom was nice. Street was lively in the day but to be expected given the area but night time was nice and quiet. I wouldn't hesitate to stay again and recommend others stay as well. Thank you for a wonderful much needed Staycation.

Lovely air bnb. Justin was great with communicating and letting us extend our check out time by a couple of hours. Location was good but loud when going to sleep on weekends people walking past. Construction was happening next door which we weren’t made aware of so was loud! Workers throwing bricks and tools around.

A lovely home, great hosts and location. A great location and base for exploring Melbourne with multiple coffee shops in close walking distance and a 10 minute stroll to Carlisle st with a Coles and cafes etc. We chose this accomodation as we used to live in the area and it was very central to our family and the wedding that we were in Melbourne for. We did hire a car as we needed to visit family daily and finding parking was never a big issue, however trams and a train station are close too. The beds were extremely comfortable and the house had everything we needed as a family to enjoy a sunny, but very cold Melbourne. We had a lovely stay and look forward to next time.

I had a great stay in Jans property. It was a beautiful house, super clean and she was flexible with checkout time. The electric blanket and heaters in the bedroom were an extra bonus.

Michelle's property was ideally located for the purpose of our visit. She is a wonderful host and was extremely diligent and interactive as necessary. Her property is very homely and so close to the local village. She provided us with some welcome "treats" which was such a nice and kind gesture. The house was very well presented, clean and tidy, and has everything you could possibly want. A great place to stay for our visit. Will certainly stay again.

We are locals that needed a place to stay while we had some repairs done to our property. Jeremy was responsive and friendly. We really appreciated being able to bring our dogs with us. The creek and nature was beautiful. The bath is a standout, loved using it each day!

Veronika was really nice and welcoming. We really enjoyed the property and totally worth it. breakfast was a bonus.

Overall a nice place to stay. Peter was super responsive and he replace the shampoo immediately when I told him it ran out.

Great hosts who were super responsive and obviously care about their place and their customers. A fabulous location 5 min walk to the CBD, all the theatres and botanical gardens, trams etc. Didn't need a car, a well set up kitchen and nearby IGA, super comfy bed and lots of lovely plants so it felt less like a motel. The pool sauna and gym were all fab too. A super generous supply of towels ( including for the pool), toilet paper, paper towels detergent etc so it was easy to move in and relax. Great kitchen to cook in small but withe everything you could need. This will now be our Melb base whenever we are in town.

Great location close to public transport, restaurants, cafes and shopping. Easy to navigate and in a nice area. Loved that it was also pet friendly and our pup enjoyed staying with us on our trip. The apartment was also very clean and tidy with 2 sets of keys provided making it easy and stress free when travelling with others

We had a great stay at Tanglewood, we were visiting family on the area. Lovely place well kitted out very peaceful and tranquil and a good size. Roslyn is lovely and a great host. We would definitely recommend and return

Perfect stay. House was as described and immaculately clean. Great location, 5 minute walk to Bentleigh Station (approx 30 mins to Flinders St) local shops, supermarkets and restaurants. Rebecca was really responsive and helpful. As is typical for Melbourne properties of this age the house was not centrally heated but bedroom heaters and units in the lounge and kitchen kept the house warm. Lovely garden and plentiful parking. Recommended.

We had a large group that traveled for a competition. Eva's house fit us all comfortably. Such a beautiful house. Fantastic location. Short walk to skybus bus stop, train station and shops and restaurants. Couldn't haved asked for a better location for our needs. Was also pretty close to the DFO (bonus)

Firstly, the photos do not do it justice. The location is amazing, and the interior design of the airbnb is cosy and a vibe. Helen and Amy were extremely responsive and accommodating to our arrival time and helped make sure check in went smoothly. The airbnb itself was well stocked, above what was expected, it's like every little thing had been thought out. We definitely thought it was worth the price we paid and would stay again! Our family stayed for just over a month and enjoyed the house! We appreciated the four bedrooms with individual AC/heat and comfy beds and bedding. The view of the ocean was amazing from the two bedrooms on that side of the house. The back green space connects directly to a wonderful beach for walking. The air hockey table was fun, and kiddo really appreciated the large number of books to read! Our kiddo went to Edithvale Primary School while we stayed at the house, and they really enjoyed it. Restaurants and train station are an easy ~10-15 min walk. Highly recommend!

Very comfortable, spacious accommodation & we especially enjoyed the outdoor space. A lovely leafy area to explore in a very convenient location. Thanks for a lovely stay.
