This is a great place to spend peaceful time with family. Very quiet neighborhood. The backyard was perfect for my furry family member. The fire pit was ready to be used, although we did not use it, but I like the fact it had starter wood already set for you. the home was very clean and had everything we needed accept the dishwasher pods, I was more than happy to buy some and leave it there for the next guest. I'm sure it was something that was just overlooked. I have stayed there twice and have already booked my third visit. I use this place to spend the weekend with my grandbaby, who lives local. Absolutely love it.

This is a great place to stay. Very spacious, very clean and comfortable, with great amenities. Wilden is an excellent communicator and the location is central to just about anything you want to do in Nashville. It can be tricky with traffic to get in and out of the driveway to the place but we managed it just fine. Overall, this is highly recommended.

We had a wonderful stay! Homes on this street are separated and surrounded by forest, we had a lot of privacy. When walking our dogs we got to meet some nice neighbors. The home is well stocked with essentials. The kitchen had everything you would need to cook full meals.

This location was the perfect spot for a laid back kick-back style bachelor party. Enjoyed the river front. Perfect getaway from the city!

We loved this cute home. It was clean and such a great layout! Perfect for two families. The upstairs felt like a great bonus room for the kids to hang out. The property is beautiful, very private and surrounded by woods. We would definitely stay here again if we are in the area!

We really had a great time at Angie and Matt’s house. The house itself was very clean, perfectly furnished and extremely comfortable. The pool and grounds were extremely relaxing and peaceful. Nashville is close at hand by car or Uber and we found the short trip a small price to pay to be staying in such a beautiful house.

We had a wonderful stay at the Flying Pig! We stayed for over a month and it felt just like home. Gayden and Leon were wonderful hosts. They live close but never bothered us and always helped us when we needed something. They even offered a safer area for us in a nearby airbnb that happened to be open during a tornado (theres a safe place to go in the house too but with the amount of people + dogs we had -- the other place would've been nice if needed!) Gayden and Leon went above and beyond when they found out we were bringing our 2 month old baby. They had a crib set up, changing table and nice area for feedings. Our dogs loved the place too and spent hours in the back yard. The neighborhood is nice and quiet and the bar, pizza restaurant, shops and church right down the block are so nice! Some of our favorite nights were just sitting on the porch listening to the bands play and hearing the church bells ring!

Nice clean place. Thought it was a little larger from the pictures you wouldn’t want more than 2 people in it. Pool was a little scary clean wise!

Our stay was amazing! It was Super clean, well-stocked with everything we needed, and in a perfect location. It felt like a home away from home. My kids loved it so much—they’re already asking when we can go back! The host was friendly and responsive, and every detail was just right. Highly recommend everything is as pictured. It’s such cute condo! We’d absolutely stay here again!

This condo was the cherry on top of our Nashville trip. Tucked just far enough from the downtown noise, but close enough for a cheap Uber ride to Broadway, this place hit the sweet spot between comfort and convenience. Inside? Spotless. Stylish without trying too hard. The bed was ridiculously comfy (like, we looked up the mattress brand), the towels were plush, and the kitchen had everything we needed. The little extras stood out: blackout curtains for sleeping in, a Bluetooth speaker for our own pregame playlist, and a list with actual local places (coffee & donut spots, hot chicken spots, rooftop bars, and sweet tooth spots). Way better than Googling aimlessly. The host? Super responsive and genuinely thoughtful. They even were able to remotely unlock the unit after were locked ourselves out. That kind of attention goes a long way. Bottom line: This isn’t just a place to crash between bar-hopping and brunch. It felt like home. We’ll 100% book again.

The place was great! Very clean and within walking distance to downtown. Kimberly was very responsive and accommodating.

I want to start by saying, a HUGE thank you to Jim and Mary! Jim greeted us in person when we arrived. We had an amazing stay in their wonderful home, waking up to a beautiful view of the lake. They have a private swimming pool but we didn’t get to use it, it would be perfect for summertime. Their kitchen has some supplies you can use, the rooms are spacious and clean, they also have clean towels in the closet. One of the highlights of our stay is Jim’s delicious pecan pie that he personally baked for us! We appreciate their thoughtfulness and for making me and my family feel welcome. They are very responsive whenever we needed help or have questions, also pet friendly, we were able to bring our family furbaby with us. Absolutely we’re willing to stay again in this lovely home.

Wonderful location and had everything we needed. Clean building and entrance areas. The eye masks and ear plugs were a nice touch. Highly recommend!

I really enjoyed staying in Shawn’s place. Shawn was very responsive, and proactive with accommodating my stay. The location was also great, it was in close proximity to restaurants and shopping. I will be booking again!

Escaped inclement weather for Sean’s haven in Middle TN. Sean graciously accommodated us on short notice, allowing us to check in early due to the weather. Our escape trip quickly turned into quite the reprieve and overnight vacation. A beautiful “backyard” with trees lining the open field, a small river beyond the trees against a mountainous backdrop. Our lab enjoyed the spaciousness as much as we did and his new canine friends belonging to the hosts. The basement apt is well appointed to surpass the expectations of the most particular of guests (hint: me). The accommodations are farmhouse style, spotless, and most comfortable, including the beds and linens. We all slept great! Sean clearly doesn’t “need” to share his estate, but some people just love sharing their joys with others! We wouldn’t have changed a thing! Sean is a delightful mix of clearly thorough and detailed-oriented, as evidenced by the useful tips and anticipating all requests, yet open, warm and welcoming! 5⭐

The House was in a beautiful area. There was a lake really close to the house. The Walmart and places to eat were really close with easy access. The fenced in yard was perfect for our fur babies. Anytime I had any questions or concerns I always got an answer. The hosts were super friendly. They were willing to help us out with one more night stay during our moving process. I would stay there again as a little vacation spot close to the lake. It’s a perfect get away retreat.

I’ve never been so sad to leave an Airbnb! It was the perfect home base this weekend. It was quiet and secluded, which was a nice break from the city. The inside was nice and cozy when it was pouring rain while still offering plenty to do - and the hot tub had coverage for those rainy moments to still be able to enjoy some outside time, too. Absolutely loved the outdoor space to hang around the fire. The cabins were such a great expansion to the house because we all had plenty of room to spread out and do our own thing, too. We’re already hoping to make a trip back at some point. It’s obvious Steve and Clare put a lot of work and thought into this property. They had great recommendations and were appropriately responsive. When a bad patch of weather headed our way, they even sent instructions on what to do/where to go if the weather got severe. Really grateful for the thought they put into this Airbnb and our stay. Can’t recommend enough!

Very responsive hosts! Place as described. Spent five days there with my husband and oldest son and everything was perfect. I loved that it was not in Nashville but also appreciated how easy it was to order an Uber to get to downtown. Book - you won’t regret it.

Great place to say! About a 40ish minute drive from Cool Springs, Brentwood, and Franklin. Very private spot. Lots of room for us to spread out and plenty of room for kids to play both inside and outside!

Where to begin, upon my first interaction he was very responsive, answered all my questions. We were suppose to go tanking on Saturday and he had arranged transportation to and from tanking. Our tanking trip was canceled at 7:30 Saturday morning and I notified him of the situation. He took care of everything!! He went above and beyond e en by running out and picking up our pizza order and delivering to us. I have stayed at so many rental properties and Shawn was so amazing. We were out of trash bags and within 10 minutes he brought some by. He also helped us connect to the outdoor sound system. The only and I mean only suggestion I have is the upstairs bed really needs an overlay it wasn’t very comfortable. Other than that the place was beautiful inside and out. Tons of things to entertain any age. I unequivocally recommend this rental!!
