Vacation rentals with a patio in Cheatham County

The suite is spacious and plenty of room for a couple. We enjoyed the bedroom, bathroom, kitchen, and sitting spaces. The peacock theme is adorable. Also, we appreciate plenty of cold bottled water and snack items. The setting is very peaceful.

Bright & beautiful home. Great city views. A fantastic place to stay for anyone who enjoys the country music scene. Easy walk to hub of activities but far enough away to enjoy a break. Parking available for one car in a covered garage. Beds are comfy, linens clean, plenty of towels and fully equipped kitchen with plenty of space to move around. Hosts were very responsive & easy to communicate with. We would come back & we would highly recommend to friends & family.

Donna’s place was just as pictured and was peaceful and serene. There were many special touches and supplies for our dogs. The bed was very comfortable and we had everything we needed for our stay. We would definitely stay here again!!

The condo was exactly as it was described. Very light and spacious. Walkable to Broadway, the Gulch, and easy Uber/Lyft to and from the other locations around town. Very comfortable beds. The bathrooms and the kitchen were well stocked with everything one could need for a few-night stay. What wasn't there, they kindly provided. They were very responsive to everything we needed. We had a few issues, and they were resolved quickly. Highly recommend this unit and will stay again if I return to Nashville for a visit. Thank you, Julia and Andrew.

I would highly recommend Rachel’s place. It is situated in a lovely location, not far from downtown Nashville and had great amenities close by. The place had everything we needed for an enjoyable stay. Would stay again!

Place was as described, clean and quiet. Broadway was a walkable distance for me and my wife. The parking in the garage was also nice not having to drive really anywhere. Megan answered any questions I had. Nice little unit for a couple and close to Broadway.

My husband and I stayed here with our 2 adult daughters, their husbands and 2 grandsons. The pool was our highlight. It was the perfect size-clean and private, with lots of floaties for kids and adults. We also loved the firepit. We built a fire 2 nights and roasted hot dogs and s'mores. The house itself was perfect for us. Each couple had their own bedroom with bath. The parents and kids slept upstairs in their own private area. The kitchen was well stocked. The pastoral scenery was calm, relaxing and quiet. The perfect get away!

We loved this cute home. It was clean and such a great layout! Perfect for two families. The upstairs felt like a great bonus room for the kids to hang out. The property is beautiful, very private and surrounded by woods. We would definitely stay here again if we are in the area!

Loved the location right across the street from M Bell park entrance. Got up and walked in the park every morning.

My parents, adult sisters and brother-in-law shared this place for a 4-night stay. We loved everything about this place! The house was exactly as pictured—beautiful, clean, spacious and even better than we expected. The location was perfect for everything we wanted to do, and the price was more than fair for such a wonderful place. Our host was incredibly helpful and responsive, making the entire experience so smooth and stress-free. We would stay here again in a heartbeat and highly recommend it to anyone looking for the perfect getaway!

We were looking for a place to stay in the area and found this gem! April is a wonderful hostess. She supplied us with things to do locally and where to get something to eat. Her place was clean and quiet. It's the perfect place to unwind and relax. And that is exactly what we did! Any questions I had were answered promptly. I would not hesitate to book this place and with April again!

This was among one of our favorite Air B&B stays of all time. The space boasts a natural aesthetic executed with high quality craftsmanship, is spacious, full of light, and comfortably meets needs for rest & function. The land is lovely and the close access to enchanted forest trails is a peaceful treat. Mary was kind and thoughtful, more than fair and accommodating. Would return for sure!

I cannot say enough great things about this Airbnb and its perfect location 😍. Marshall and Carolyn were very communicative; Broadway is just a quick 10-15 minute walk away; The place was really clean and spacious; The couch and bed were super comfortable; and There are a ton of great finds within a 2-3 block radius: •Tipsy Scoop is literally next door, and the perfect boozy frozen treat (mango margarita, please) •Martin’s BBQ Joint has such good bbq •Parlor Donuts might just be the best donuts in the US 😉 •Sprocket Rocket Party Bike - book it, and ask for Geoff (trust me). Next time I’m in Nashville. I’m coming back here.

Shannon is very responsive. The condo is conveniently located. We were very close to restaurants, bars and Broadway. No complaints here. Would definitely stay here again in the future!

Our stay was amazing! It was Super clean, well-stocked with everything we needed, and in a perfect location. It felt like a home away from home. My kids loved it so much—they’re already asking when we can go back! The host was friendly and responsive, and every detail was just right. Highly recommend everything is as pictured. It’s such cute condo! We’d absolutely stay here again!

This place was amazing. It looked great, was spacious, all the amenities were well thought through. Not to mention, the bed was incredibly comfortable. Linda was very responsive, king and helpful aswell. I will be coming back to stay :)

We really enjoyed this place for my husband and I’s honeymoon. A short ten-ish minute drive from the airport and it was walking distance to downtown or broadway. We were able to walk to restaurants or bars and then Lyft if needed afterwards to get back. The LED light-up mirrors and vanity station was a perfect setup to get ready. The shower was wonderful with a ledge to hold items. There were so many amenities in David’s place, I could have packed extremely light. Some of my favorites amenities were the lint roller, in-shower supplies, razors, clothes hangers, tide-pods for use in the washer, snacks in the pantry— I really could talk about how comfortable they each made the trip forever. The lights around the master bed were a nice touch to help see at night while the lights were off. The duvet was wonderful and kept us cool. The blackout curtains made the daytime much easier. The kitchen glasses were such a treat for drinks during the day. I loved everything this place had to offer!

The space is gorgeous! Just the right size for a quick get away and close enough to broadway to get there in a reasonable time, but not too close to hear the music/bars on a night in!

It was a perfectly cozy place for us to stay and well stocked with everything we would need. It was also close to downtown Nashville.

We loved the location. As non savvy technology-challenged people, it was a bit frustrating getting through the process of gathering the key and getting into the elevator but we finally did it!! So walkable to Broadway honkytonks and restaurants...Just a few blocks! We would stay here again if possible. Great communication and very prompt. Cozy bed and very clean!!
