Kid-friendly vacation rentals in Chattahoochee River

I recently had the pleasure of visiting a fantastic location, and I'm excited to share my experience. The accessibility to the highway was incredibly convenient, making travel a breeze 🚗. The place was remarkably clean, which added to the overall comfort and enjoyment. Additionally, I was pleasantly surprised by the high ceilings in the basement, making the space feel open and airy. Had an absolutely amazing time staying here. It was beyond our expectations. The house itself is incredibly modern. You feel like you’re living inside a magazine photo. Every day we were sitting inside, we could see the farm animals grazing. In addition, the location is perfect because you are just a few minutes away from the main Ellijay city center with tons of restaurants and cute shops to explore. However, whenever you come back to the Air bnb, you feel like you’re in a rural oasis. All of this doesn’t even mention how amazing it was to be able to interact with Ted himself and his farm animals. He allowed us the opportunity to feed them, tour the farm, try some of their produce, and generally get an idea of what it’s like to take care of a farm like their’s. They also have multiple other properties on site in case you have a large group of people. Ted himself was everything you could want from an Air bnb host: friendly, positive, helpful, and responsive. Can’t wait to be back soon!

My friend and I enjoyed our stay. The place was very clean and had some nice amenities, such as a TV, mini fridge, microwave, air fryer, plates and silverware, and even a pool table. Ana was also a great host; she was very kind, responsive, and lenient. Overall, it was a very nice place to stay.

Great historically preserved home that was comfortable. This completely fit our needs on this trip.

Perfect alternative. The best fit for us!

First off, wow! What a hidden gem. I did see some other reviews saying the bathroom had no door, a door was installed. Besides the renter above us having some “adult fun” pretty late and loud, our stay was fantastic. 10/10 would come back. Jeff didn’t slack on the details and trinkets, felt very at home. Thank you for the pit stop for the night.

If you are on the fence about renting a property from Avanna…Just do it! She is absolutely magnificent and you couldn’t ask for a better host. Sentral is such a great building with 1000 x’s more amenities than you will get at a hotel paying double the price.

A very nice, well decorated, clean, and easily functioning home. My only complaint is I found the bed very hard and the pillows uncomfortable for my neck. But that may just be my personal preferences.

David is a very cool guy with an amazing piece of land. If i need to stay in that area again I’ll definitely book again.

Stayed here for my boyfriend's birthday. he is into smart homes and gave me kudos on finding this gem. Being right upstairs from the beltline was amazing...got in a nice run before we headed home. Will have to visit another time and explore beltline again, will def stay here again.

Great place to stay close to the airport. Safe and clean accommodations. Terrence is an excellent host and provided excellent detailed instructions for access and promptly addressed the minor cleaning concern I had. I would definitely stay here again

The place was honestly a bit smaller than I had expected, but it was my first time ever renting Airbnb so I didn’t even read descriptions before renting, so that’s on me. Everything felt pretty comfy and my favorite part was definitely the sound of the river at night, gives an extremely peaceful vibe to the stay. It’s also a great location to find waterfalls for those wanting to hike. Excellent location, would definitely rent again.

A beautiful, well appointed loft with a great view from the deck and super quiet. The sky at night had a gazillion starts and the deck was perfect to have coffee and take it all in. The minute horse and donkey were adorable as well as the orange Tabby that greeted me upon arrival. LaDawn was quick to answer questions and very accommodating. If this place is available, book it!!

Such a beautiful place with lots of character. Loved the surrounding area and it felt so homie! Great communication and even greater dogs to pet! It was such a wonderful place to stay. Thank you!(:

Good location, clean, cute, everything we needed

Overall, I had a great experience at Sara's condo! Sara was very detailed about all aspects of the stay, and the view from the terrace was great. The condo was clean and everything was accessible. Everything you need is within walking distance or a short Uber ride (if not wanting to drive). While this is not a deficiency with Sara/ her property, I did experience some challenges with Metropolis parking while there. So, I'd suggest parking in AAA parking lot or exploring other parking options.

We had a wonderful stay for our 2 day concert at the Tabernacle. 11 minute walking time.

What was off-putting was handled swiftly and what was right was great. Anjel was a great host. I will return.

Lovely apartment with great balcony!

It was nice coming to a home that was clean and ready to go. All of our essentials were provided and it was a comfortable stay. Bryce was very nice and communicated in a timely manner.

Perfect accommodations for a relaxing stay after busy days! The bed was VERY comfortable, noise was minimal (other than usual city traffic noise), and building staff were super helpful and friendly. Definitely recommend and would love to stay again should we find ourselves needing a space in the city.

Great location including restaurants and grocery stores nearby. Easy highway access to travel around the metro. The property was very clean, relaxing, and felt cozy. Our hosts were fabulous and responsive. Absolutely would stay here again next time in come to the Atlanta area!
