Private suite vacation rentals in Chattahoochee River

We enjoyed our stay at Timothy’s. It was a great location for us, convenient to all the in town neighborhoods. The photos are very accurate and the place was very clean and comfortable and had everything we needed. Getting into the parking area is not so difficult unless you are driving a large suv. Still we decided to park in the street (plenty of spaces) and didn’t have any issues. Timothy is very responsive and checks in periodically to make sure everything is ok.

I had a relaxing time. And my model felt safe and enjoyed the jacuzzi despite the fact that I passed on it. Im shy even in a suit and her wearing a bikini. We were both exhausted from days of our separate jobs so we slept 12 hours but I rented an extra night to do photos in the late afternoon. I can see us going back especially since I know the backgrounds for my amateur photography.

Dawn’s place was bright and clean, and her meeting us at the door and showing us the space made us feel welcome. She took extra good care of our dog too!

I can’t say enough good things about this place. I’ve stayed here multiple times while in town for business, and it truly feels like a home away from home. I’ve tried other hotels in the area, but nothing compares to the warmth and comfort of this spot. The cozy atmosphere, large window overlooking the charming neighborhood, and peaceful garden outside make it the perfect place to unwind after a long day. Heather, the host, is incredible – the kind of person who makes you feel genuinely welcomed and taken care of. She’s attentive, responsive, and clearly takes pride in her space. I only wish every host could be as thoughtful and accommodating as Heather. If you’re looking for a place that feels more like a second home than just another stay, this is it. I’ll definitely be back!

Margaret and Keith were absolutely amazing hosts. They went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. We held our small wedding here and they had plenty of decor and helped put everything together. The house was clean and beautiful. There was tons of outdoor space to host our friends and family. They supplied plenty of water toys and life jackets. Margaret and Keith truly made us feel like family. Hands down the best Airbnb we have ever stayed in. I would highly recommend booking!

Love the Art House and Garden! Very private and comfortable and so lovely and cheerful with all the color and artwork. Every amenity you could possibly want or need is here. Easy access to unit and garden. Big plus that Dudley Park is less than a 5 minute walk with great paths. Krysia may be the most responsive and easygoing host I have ever had at an AirBB. Enjoy!

Very responsive host. Very flexible with check In time as we were arriving from out of town earlier than the usual check in time. They were very accommodating and I sincerely enjoyed our stay. Very comfortable for 2 adults and 2 kids. Definitely would recommend!

It was a very homey place. It was refreshing to not stay at a hotel, and just feel at peace. The host was phenomenal. He met us when we arrived. Helped us with our luggage. They provided some creature comforts for us - beverages, some shelf stable food items. Very comfortable stay. Also I would like to say that I met their dog and he’s so delicious.

Linda and Tony were outstanding hosts and the place was as advertised. There was an issue that came up within an hour of us arriving that was no fault of the hosts, but they immediately took ownership of it, were responsive and went above and beyond to make it right. Would definitely stay there again in the future and recommend it to anyone looking for a place to stay in the area.

Me and a few of my friends visited for the weekend to attend an event in the Lithonia area. Everything inside was clean, well kept, and easy to find. We didn't park in the garage BUT having the in option to do so was really nice. 10/10 would recommend *double thumbs up*

This unit is located in a wonderful residential neighborhood with a beautiful yard. The host was friendly and kind, and so were the neighbors. There are plenty of stores and shopping near by! The unit is just as pictured and feels like a home away from home. It was great to settle down every night in the comfy bed. Anything that you need is in the unit and the host is quick to respond.

I’ve stayed at plenty of Air bnb’s before, but never without my parents/guardians because I’m only 19. This was my first that i personally got for my brother, friend, and I. Came up from Florida for the night for a concert at the Roxy center 10 minutes away. Place was nice and clean, nice beds, living room was good with couch, blanket, pillows and Tv. Bathroom was nice too. Would definitely stay here again if I am ever back in town for a night or more.

I really recommend staying here if your coming to this area. The host is very kind accessible if needed.

Great suite… as described & as shown in photos! It is a basement suite, but ceilings are very high so it doesn’t feel cramped at all. Plenty of space and the surrounding neighborhood is picturesque and feels safe. It’s easy to access parts of the Atlanta area, but still feels secluded. Host was very responsive. You will hear some footsteps from residence above, but not in a distracting/intrusive way (plus it was nice knowing people were close by in an emergency)! Check-out duties were straight forward & reasonable. Driveway is a little steep but there’s plenty of space to park and turn around (it was plus to have private parking). Pool table, ping-pong table, office, work out area, massive living room area with tons of seating, outdoor seating/dining area, HGTV-style kitchen, fully stocked bathroom (with shampoo/conditioner/body wash/toilet paper/Q-Tips/hand soap), and bedroom with attached bathroom (with spa-like shower) are all included in the affordable price. Will book again!!!

My stay was absolutely amazing! The place was very clean, beautifully decorated, and had a great aesthetic overall. A few times I heard some running upstairs, but it’s completely understandable with children around and I really appreciated the thoughtful touch of providing free earplugs (even though I didn’t need them). The kitchen was fully stocked with great pots, pans, and even seasonings, which made cooking super easy and enjoyable. Honestly, there’s nothing negative I can say about this stay A+ all around. I’ll definitely be back!

I stayed here for surgery at Emory. I cant say enough nice words about this Airbnb! Exceeded my expectations! It was so comfortable and clean. My son and I did not want to leave.

Beautiful and spacious place, exactly as it looks in the photos. The bedroom with its vaulted ceilings and windows looking out to the woods is beautiful, and the bathroom is a perfect modern hotel style bathroom. Additionally, it was very easy to access the unit. Highly recommend!
