This property is absolutely exceptional! Our party of four were attending the Georgia Renaissance Festival for its three day weekend. This home was very well located for that. It was so charming and there were touches everywhere that made it clear it's a labor of love put forth by a first class host. Very grateful!

We thoroughly enjoyed our time at Reo's place. It was the perfect spot to enjoy a peaceful weekend. The house accommodated our young family beautifully; the walking trails surrounding the house were great for getting outside and enjoying the beautiful property, the pool was spacious and clean, and the downstairs movie room was a great space for a fun movie night! The house was nicely stocked with linens and bath towels, and our host even had goggles and floats on hand for some pool fun. Staying here was a great experience! Definitely recommend!

Jade’s place was just as described - very bright and felt high-end but was still cozy. Good location that was easy to get around. The pool was wonderful and felt very private.

This place is beautiful and very private. It seems a bit too far from shopping center or supermarket. Brandon is an excellent host and gives clear instructions on how to access the place. He is very proactive and responsive.

We had a wonderful stay and our host was very friendly and helpful and he loves dogs. We had our two doodles and he was fine with that. It was very quiet. My husband and I enjoyed rocking and rocking chairs out on the front porch. There was a nice little breeze, and it was just perfect.

Home was perfect for our long weekend with 5 adults and 2 kids. Highly recommend renting a golf cart for getting around PTC!

We were in town for a wedding in Serenbe. Place was close to everything we needed. Very cozy, delightful farmhouse. Would stay again

Gregory’s place is one of the best in which we have stayed. It was extremely clean and comfortable. The location is close to plenty of shops and restaurants but the location is private and quiet. The apartment was well appointed and had all of the amenities you would need. Five stars. Would definitely love to stay there again.

Rene is a great host with amazing communication. A video explaining all the amenities and the parking was so appreciated and made transition into the space so easy. The loft is so beautiful and spacious and CLEAN and quiet. I would definitely stay here again.

If you are on the fence about renting a property from Avanna…Just do it! She is absolutely magnificent and you couldn’t ask for a better host. Sentral is such a great building with 1000 x’s more amenities than you will get at a hotel paying double the price.

Peaceful, quiet. Safe to walk my dog. The chickens in the back were a cool touch :) very cozy and had everything I needed for a last minute stay in the city

Lovely stay in this adorable studio on a quiet tree lined street- perfect. Great nights sleep, super comfortable and thoughtful- well appointed and has all the amenities. Highly recommend!

Diego's place was perfect for my son and me staying a few days and catching some Braves baseball games while there. Walking to the stadium is very doable and is about a 20-30 min stroll from the house. Lots of restaurants and convenience stores in the area and easy to drive to and from. The space itself was exactly as described with a very comfortable living area and bedroom. Bathroom was extremely clean and well supplied with shampoo/soap/bath towels/tissue. Would definitely stay here again and would recommend to anyone needing a place to stay near Atlanta.

Overall, I had a great experience at Sara's condo! Sara was very detailed about all aspects of the stay, and the view from the terrace was great. The condo was clean and everything was accessible. Everything you need is within walking distance or a short Uber ride (if not wanting to drive). While this is not a deficiency with Sara/ her property, I did experience some challenges with Metropolis parking while there. So, I'd suggest parking in AAA parking lot or exploring other parking options.

This location was PERFECT!!! I had an event to go to in the area, I also brought my son and we hit legoland and sloomoo and I was less than 20 min from everything. If you know Atlanta then you know THAT MATTERS! Quiet, clean and enough room. Very responsive host as well. Best Airbnb experience I’ve had thus far. Will book again!

We had a wonderful stay for our 2 day concert at the Tabernacle. 11 minute walking time.

What was off-putting was handled swiftly and what was right was great. Anjel was a great host. I will return.

Lovely apartment with great balcony!

The space itself is very nice, plenty of room and generally clean. There were plenty of amenities and the checkout process and rules were minimal and very easy to follow. The neighborhood was OK, although being in a college area there was a prevalence of a certain illegal smoke aroma whenever we were outside. It was not noticeable at all in the apartment though. I only mention it given how often we encountered it. Overall I’d visit again and access to the Aquarium is excellent, even my almost 3 year old walked there from the apartment!

Beth’s place is centrally located to an endless amount of things to do. Her apartment is well appointed and very functional. We’ll definitely rent from Beth in the future!
