Beach condo vacation rentals in Charleston

I have stayed in many condos and let me just say this one really stood out as top notch! It was clean, nice furnishings, fully equipped. One thing that was soooo nice was it was stocked trash bags, toilet paper, paper towels, dish/laundry detergent. The utility closet was full of extra surprises of beach equipment, toys, and cleaning supplies. It felt just like home!!! It truly felt like a home and the host was very responsive to any questions we had during the stay. Highly recommend. It’s top notch of all condos we’ve stayed in. Thank you!

This is a great location! Great view of the ocean from the balcony, short walk to the beach and to several restaurants in the area. Quite neighborhood and very comfortable accommodations. If you are looking for a place for a larger group this is the place to stay!

Pelican Watch is a beautiful place on Seabrook. The beach is a 2 minute walk from the backdoor with a great view from the back porch. You need a car to get to most restaurants but great places are 10-20 minutes away. Harris Teeter is well stocked nearby with great steaks and seafood as well as wine. I’d definitely stay here again.

SPECTACULAR STAY! I wish there was something more profound to say. This was one of the best stays I've experienced. The views at the condo were breathtaking. The condo was perfect for my husband and I, very peaceful. The condo was beautifully equipped with everything you could need. The beach area was super clean. The resort was well maintained. Easy check in and check out. Margaret was a top notch host. I miss the IOP already!

We stayed for 2 nights. It was incredibly relaxing watching and listening to the waves on the deck. Walked to dinner at Rita’s one night and walked to dinner at Taco Boy the other night. We love this condo and the location can’t be beat. Ocean, shops and dinner all right where you want!

Wonderful stay at Folly! Condo was perfect for our family of 7 adults and 2 children. Just a perfect location and space. We loved being able to easily walk to shops, restaurants, playground and pickle ball. Having Charleston so close provided a midweek break from sand and a fun opportunity to explore. We all appreciated the quality of the local restaurants, the touch of easily accessible night life but mostly the gorgeous beach. The unit itself was clean, and very comfortable. Would highly recommend and hope to book this unit again!

We loved this place! Super comfortable beds, plenty of linens and towels for everyone which was a huge plus. The decor is adorable and everything was nice and clean. The area is quiet and beautiful. Location is right next to the pool which was great with the kids! Wonderful stay!

This was a great property and a short 20 minute walk to the beach. Plenty of room for the six of us. Would definitely recommend!

The place had all we needed, the walk to the beach and town was easy! Great area and convenient. Definitely would come back! Also, special touches were the dog treats and extra 💩 bags 🤣

We had an amazing stay!! We were visiting for wedding planning and ran into some scheduling conflicts & needed an early check-in. The Akers team was so responsive and got us in as soon as they could - very helpful & quick. The walk to the beach is about 6 min total, but is a really quick bike ride, you do have to find trail paths to get there or it’s longer using roads - we used google maps to help us find the paths. The entire island is dog friendly we took our pup just about every dinner, there is even an off leash beach area. The airbnb is just like the images so pretty & clean we enjoyed coming back and relaxing on the screened in porch. We will be recommending this as an option for any of our wedding guests with pups! :)

We had an awesome stay here! The place was extremely clean and the hosts made sure we had more than everything we needed. The neighborhood was a fun, tranquil, and walkable area with lots of restaurants (loved Fuel Charleston nearby!) which I enjoyed even more than the major sights in Charleston itself! Would definitely rebook.

My husband and I loved our stay! It was super peaceful, and we were as close to the beach as you could get. We will absolutely be back!

Mary’s place was perfect for our weekend getaway! She was very responsive. The condo was supplied with all that we needed and was in a perfect location! We captured some beautiful sunsets off the back deck and really enjoyed seeing the deer and other wildlife. The beach was very quiet with not many people. Shopping and restaurants were conveniently located. It was a great weekend! We’ll definitely return!

Wonderful hidden gem on Sullivans Island! Great location and lovely beach with minimal crowds. Tons of supplies adequate for the whole stay including linens, cleaning supplies, toilet paper and cooking basics. Well stocked with additional items such as games, books, wine and bar ware. Very easy to find and perfect location. We loved our coffee and breakfast on the screened porch overlooking the bay. Bill was available and made us feel at home. Thanks for great stay!

We stayed here for our honeymoon and it was perfectly peaceful (in late September). We loved waking up and walking down the short boardwalk to the beach. Beach was clean with and not at all crowded. Kitchen had plenty of cutlery, pots/pans, cutting boards, pizza cutter, teas/coffee with creamer/sugar, salt and pepper (no oils). There is a small grocery store just down the road (The Nest) and one ~8 minutes away (Fresh Market/mini mall) - I’d rec stopping here bc it was convenient/cheaper than when we stopped on the way from Charleston. We also rec going to a food truck (Maine Line) ~10 minutes away for lobster rolls, fish/shrimp tacos, and “the best fish sandwich” my husband has ever had. We had dinner one night at the Ocean Room (~$500 - just FYI) for steak, halibut, oysters -res a week in adv. We rented bikes 1day to explore the island- highly rec. MINOR qualms- would have loved a cozy couch blanket for our 1 rainyday & dryer-quality. Lovely! Would stay again!! Recd to parents!

So often rental properties don’t match the description. This one did not disappoint. Seemed to have been renovated recently. Spacious, clean, and a great view of the ocean. We loved it and Wild Dunes is one of the best resorts in the Carolinas. Will be back!

Very beautiful place. Most beautiful sunrises ever. Only complaint was the communication was not there with the host.

We really enjoyed the stay. Our first time to Charleston and we were celebrating our 20th anniversary. The room was well appointed, large and had a nice view of the interior courtyard. Chris answered all our questions in a timely manner. We really enjoyed our time there and were 100% satisfied with the room. Would stay there again.

Great location, very walkable and right across from beach access. Very clean, lots of space, and three full bathrooms which was perfect for our group. There are extra visitor parking passes too which was also a lifesaver since we had an extra car one night. Beds were slightly stiff for my liking but that's very subjective and overall we had a wonderful time!! Host was very responsive via text and very friendly, definitely recommend for a stay at Folly Beach!

Beautiful location, near great fishing location. Rental was very clean and comfortable.

The place was amazing. The ocean views from every room were incredible. We were right on the waters edge. The decor was very warm and inviting. The kitchen was well equipped, couches and beds were all comfortable. It was the perfect place to spend Christmas.
