Beachfront vacation rentals in Charleston

Amazing is the best word to describe John’s condo. Check-in was a breeze with clear instructions. The condo was very clean and well stocked with everything we needed for a beach vacation. There were tons of pots and pans in the kitchen and lots of beach supplies on the deck. Th location and access to the beach cannot be beat! Communication with John was excellent. I am already planning a return trip to the condo.

We loved the place! Everything worked as it was supposed to. We look forward to coming back in the future!

Our family of 4 had an amazing time! The property is so peaceful, and you’re only a short walk or drive from the beach and pools. Tyler is amazingly communicative, helpful, and seems to truly want you to have a wonderful experience. Everything is just as it is pictured, including the beach wagon, toys, umbrellas. Our kids are 3 and 7, and they loved watching the wildlife from the deck. We were initially a little worried about the kids navigating the spiral staircase, and when we arrived we found they supply a baby gate that fits all the way around the railing and openings. It really eased our minds. If you like the idea of being submerged in nature by the beach, don’t hesitate to book this rental! We’ll return for sure!

We had a great stay here! More spacious then we thought and super easy access to Folly! Would stay again!

Catrina's townhouse was perfect for our family of 6 adults, one toddler and a baby. We especially liked the location as you could walk to the beach and restaurants and yet get to Charleston fairly quickly for sightseeing and doing things in the city. Catrina supplied beach toys/chairs/towels and a wagon for loading up to take to the beach which we really appreciated. There were also bikes we could use and two kayaks(although we didn't use the kayaks). She instructed us what to expect upon arrival and what supplies were provided before we arrived so we could pack or pick them up before arriving which was nice as it seemed a little different than some things on the west coast. We had a great time and would highly recommend this for a family get away!

Mary’s place was perfect for our weekend getaway! She was very responsive. The condo was supplied with all that we needed and was in a perfect location! We captured some beautiful sunsets off the back deck and really enjoyed seeing the deer and other wildlife. The beach was very quiet with not many people. Shopping and restaurants were conveniently located. It was a great weekend! We’ll definitely return!

An ideal sisters' getaway! This home is sparkling clean and so inviting. The stocked kitchen was a huge plus for easy meals, and we loved having both beach and pool access. A truly great stay!

My daughter and I stayed here for a winter getaway and loved the condo and location - it was amazing to walk off the back porch right onto the beach! The condo was beautiful and in fantastic shape and exactly as described, and the resort was super quiet and peaceful in the off season. The owners were incredibly helpful and responsive when we had a question and so accommodating. We will definitely stay here again when we return to Isle of Palms!

AvantStay was a great host and the property was gorgeous and clean. They were very accommodating as my original booking cancelled 5 days prior to the trip and we had to rebook and found this location. During my stay they constantly reached out to assure everything was ok and they always responded quickly anytime I needed to reach out during my stay. Very pleasant experience!

We loved the location and the home. It was the perfect place to celebrate a family birthday and the home was completely set up for entertaining with plenty of serving, cooking and eating utensils!! Plenty of beach towels, chairs and even bikes for everyone. Definitely one of the best outfitted homes we've stayed in on Folly! Bob was terrific to work with!!

We loved the location and space of this home! Easy walking distance to the beach and enough room for everyone to have their own space. Easy drive into downtown Charleston as well. Would recommend and would definitely stay again!

The place was amazing. The ocean views from every room were incredible. We were right on the waters edge. The decor was very warm and inviting. The kitchen was well equipped, couches and beds were all comfortable. It was the perfect place to spend Christmas.

This place is wonderful for a family gathering! Everything was clean and ready for us when we arrived. This was our yearly family gathering and we like to cook all of our meals. The kitchen was well stocked with all the necessary cookware, dishes, glassware, etc. that you would need. Each bedroom was well stocked with blankets, pillows, towels, and washcloths for every guest. The bathrooms were super clean. The living room has an awesome sectional couch that is roomy enough for several adults and was a great place for napping and reading. We loved hanging out in the screened in areas upstairs and downstairs. The outside shower was fantastic! You will not need to bring anything for your beach trip as their downstairs closet was supplied with everything you would need for a day at the beach. The location is perfect, within walking distance to anything you may want to do. We would definitely recommend this for anyone!

Natalie is a great host! She was very responsive and so helpful. Natalie had great local recommendations regarding events specific to our travel week. Cottage A was cute, with everything we needed, not even a full block from the beach! We biked or walked every where we wanted to go ob the island and loved it!

Surf Song Cottage is beautifully decorated, clean and has an incredible location steps from the beach. The homes large windows and deck allowed for amazing views. The kitchen contained everything we needed. The bedrooms were comfortable and the master bathroom was absolutely beautiful. The house rules did not bother us a bit...we played music at a reasonable level and had no problems. After seeing a protected turtle nest on the beach right in front of the cottage which was very exciting, we understood why bright lights and loud music rules are necessary. Thank you Steve and Sarah for great communications and sharing your beautiful cottage.

Better than the pictures! I’m a clean freak and this place matched my expectations. It’s was enough space for my husband, my baby, my dog and me. Lisa was very responsive and answered our questions while we were there. I appreciated the white noise machine too! We will make this our official beach AirBnB

Beautiful cottage with all the Charleston vibes. The house is quaint and cozy but offered plenty of room for our entire party of 8. Getting to the beach is super convenient with the tree covered path being right across the street and it was just a couple minutes drive to all the shops and restaurants. Its close enough to walk, too if you don't mind a little longer walk. I ran downtown both morning for coffee! I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing but fun trip!
