Vacation rentals with a fireplace in Chapel Saint Leonards

We arrived late so had to use an other entrance so we got extremely lost trying to find the caravan. Natalie was fantastic in helping us to find the caravan, she was on the phone right up to us opening the key safe. The beds was comfy and had spotless bedding on. We will definitely book the caravan again. Thank you Natalie.

Our first visit to Norfolk and Sophie's place was a wonderful base. A lovely quite village with a few places to eat / drink. The house seemed bigger than the photos make it appear and is a really homely space. The outdoor seating is real bonus on a nice day, to be able to sit out and relax, listening to the bees. Comfy bed and well equipped kitchen plus a super comfy long sofa for those days when the weather wasn't so kind. Take a stroll from the door down to the Old Harbour and across the marshes to see all kinds of wading birds and a marsh harrier or two. Great local wildlife spots at Titchwell and Pensthorpe as well as the nearby beaches. Sophie is a great host and we're planning to come back before long.

Lovely little cottage in a beautiful part of the country. The owners have managed to squeeze a lot into this well-equipped little place. Very convenient location for exploring this corner of Norfolk, especially for the nature reserves on the coast.

More than expected! Communications were all responded to in minutes. There were no issue and the place was fresh and absolutely brilliant. Great location and loads of parking right where we wanted to be! Thankyou, thankyou thankyou !!

We had a wonderful stay! The house was clean, cozy, and absolutely charming—perfect for our family of five. The host was incredibly accommodating and quick to respond to any questions. Highly recommend!

Lovely cottage, as described. We stayed a week and found it very comfortable with everything we needed. The welcome pack and home made cake was just what was needed when we arrived!

Firstly, the caravan was immaculate! It is exactly as shown in the pictures, and comes with a lot of things. It had toilet paper, tea, coffee, sugar. It was fully equipped. The double bed was really comfortable, and the rooms were spotless. The area of the caravan is accessible from the town centre either by walking or driving, and is a short distance away from a Tesco to get things. Gary had also replied to one of my messages prior about what to do there and with some recommendations, and I couldn’t be more thankful. The only issue we had was the smoke alarm went off randomly, however Gary got their cleaner to fix this immediately! Genuinely cannot fault this caravan at all, and would love to come back! :)

Great little space for my short stay. I was running the Boston marathon so this was perfectly situated within minutes of the start (also meaning you can avoid queuing up for the loo, total bonus), and use the compact little kitchen area to cook up your pre-race food just as you want. Was the perfect space to chill out in.

Had a fantastic few days in Cleethorpes visiting from Australia to see family. Gill's place was lovely and couldn't have asked for more. Highly recommended.

We've stayed at this lovely property a few times now, it's ideally situated and the beach/great local eateries are literally a hop, skip and a jump away. Located about halfway along the seafront stretch, it meets all our needs (and Rebecca's local knowledge and recommendations for family activities is an added bonus!) Easy to see why she is rated a Super Host - the property is very comfortable, clean, with all the mod cons and truly feels like a home from home. Any questions or issues we have, always receive a swift response.

The place was lovely, well kept, clean and close walking distance to the beach. Everything you need there, plenty of bedding & pillows, and cooking utensils. Lots to do locally, a lovely location and a lovely home to stay in!

My wife and I stayed for two nights at the ‘Adelaide’ caravan. It was the perfect location, half way between Ingoldmells and Skegness. The caravan park itself was quiet, friendly and peaceful. The caravan was clean and cozy, with all the facilities you’d need for a trip away. We had a wonderful time and would highly recommend to others.

Celebrating my birthday we came away for the weekend to Andy’s place. It was lovely and peaceful and the lodge was in a great location close to woodhall spa but not too busy or noisy. The lodge itself was perfect for my family and dog and had everything we needed inside. We especially enjoyed relaxing in the hot tub after a busy day walking and visiting different places. We had a wonderful stay at Ivor’s place! The house was spotlessly clean, really well equipped and had everything we needed and more. Sofas and beds comfortable, garden lovely and secure. There was really helpful information from Ivor about everything in the house and the surrounding area. My favourite thing was being so close to the beach that you could hear the sea waves from the garden. Thankyou Ivor - we would very happily stay again and hopefully will one day!

We had an unforgettable and special stay at this beautiful house. The sunny woodland walks among the snowdrops and around the lake were a delight, and we spotted all sorts of wildlife. Our dogs had a great time running and playing in the open field, and the small children (and big kids) in our party absolutely loved the play area, tennis court, and swimming pool… but the highlight of their stay was the hot tub! Meeting our host, Robert (and his little one), was lovely too. The house had everything we needed to enjoy some quality time together in this lovely historic setting — it’s a rare gem. Thank you once again for an unforgettable experience! The little ones are already asking when we can return to the big house — we hope to come again soon!

Shelley’s house is amazing. Could be more perfect. It was the most equipped house I have stayed in. Among the vast variety of glass the the only thing missing were champagne flutes, but we understand these break easily. The beds were super comfortable. The outside table sn chairs were lovely. We had the best weather an were in the garden the majority of the time. So clean and the decor was high end Shelley if you ever consider selling you house please reach out to me as I would love to buy it xx
