You’ll have use of our palapa and heated pool, and we have great restaurants nearby. Villa Nova is a lovely neighborhood west of the village. Our friendly dogs, Chaquita and Rosie, will want a hello, but you can close the gated garden area for privacy. You will have a refrigerator, hot plate, coffee pot, microwave, dishes, and grill. No children under 12, please, because of the pool. The suite is perfect for 1 to 4 people, not any more than 4.

Loft suite, ground floor. ADULTS ONLY Cozy all-in-one room, excellent for relaxing and getting to know the area, located in Colonia Riberas del Pilar. King size bed, living room sofa, work area, kitchenette with basic kitchen items. T. V. Internet. Full bathroom and closet. Common garden area and terrace with a heated pool. Adults only. We do not have indoor parking the cars can park in the main street outside the property.

Apartment in Jocotepec, Bank of Chapala

Beautiful and spacious apartment with view from third floor. Kitchen is fully equipped and has an electric induction grill for your safety. The apartment is part of a residential area (Club Residencial Riberas del Chante) that grants 24-hour security and the use of pool, wading pool, jacuzzi (over 18 years old) grill, football field, tennis and basketball court. In the living room there is a TV with Total Play.
