Everything is very good, the house is very nice and the view is beautiful, we had a great time as a family. Mary was always attentive to us. Highly recommended!! We only recommend fumigation inside the house since we had an encounter with a scorpion. We know that there are these types of insects in the area, but I think the issue of insects inside the house can be controlled a little better. Thank you so much for everything! We enjoyed it!

We were very comfortable at Daniela's house! There was always someone available to assist us and provide us with what we needed. The house is impeccable, very comfortable, clean and well maintained. The well-pruned and cared-for gardens and the heated pool. We had a great weekend!

My stay in this accommodation was simply excellent. From the first moment, communication with the host was clear, quick and friendly. The property was immaculately clean and equipped with everything necessary for a comfortable and carefree stay. The location is perfect, in a quiet area but close to everything you may need: shops, restaurants and transportation. Also, the decor of the place has a lot of style, which made me feel at home from day one. The host made sure everything worked properly and was always available for any questions or recommendations. I would definitely recommend this place to any traveler looking for comfort, peace of mind, and first-class attention. Would love to be back soon!

We liked the accommodation of the house, the only thing that if the stairs are dangerous for children and adults, the house is very clean, the beds are very good to rest, we had a very pleasant time with the family if we would return and the care of the host and her husband are always very attentive and friendly for everything.

It was great why we went to a party in the area, the fractionation is right next to the outlets, pity there was no chance to go shopping, everything was great and they always responded when I need help.

The views of the lake from the condo and from the rooftop patio were absolutely stunning. Greeting the day with a beautiful sunrise was enchanting. The small town of El Chante offered all the shopping I needed. Although there aren't many "dining out" options in El Chante, you can get a bus easily and within a few minutes have tons of restaurant options. Although there were a few issues with power and water outages, they were brief and LiaZa's great communication made it easy to navigate. The security team is exceptional. They were always friendly and ready to support. I would definitely consider returning to this property when I come back to the Lake Chapala area.

This is a very nice, cozy place within easy walking distance to the plaza and restaurants, and a 3 minute walk to the bus stop. It was very quiet while I was there, even though there was a holiday. I had a few questions during the stay and they were answered quickly. It has good hot water and average water pressure. I had no trouble getting an Uber there, but it's easy to learn the bus system. It was my first time in in Ajijic and this was a very good location to venture out from.

Excellent service during my stay. Always very kind, attentive and ready to answer any questions or needs. Excellent property conditions, all first-class services and amenities. Too bad there's no air conditioning, but it's the management's rules, not the host's. For my part, I'm super satisfied and of course I would definitely consider it again!!

The stay at Mayté's country house was very pleasant, especially when it comes to the heated pool. We really enjoyed being in the pool with the family practically all day. There are many chairs, armchairs to rest in the garden. It has a pool table, ping pong table, swing, accessory for hanging piñata, lottery etc, large covered area with all the accessories for roasted meats, chairs etc. An ideal place to rest near Guadalajara. We would definitely stay again. Mayté and Marco welcomed us very cordially, excellent people, just one issue at the beginning and they resolved it immediately, they welcomed us with a tray of sweets and peanuts, bottled water and 20-liter bottles with water, it was excellent, thank you very much.

Excellent weekend, a very comfortable and above all clean house

My experience was excellent. The place was immaculately clean, communication with the host, Mrs. Karla, was always quick and clear. In addition, she was very friendly and helpful throughout the stay. Access to the accommodation was very easy. Without a doubt, I would recommend it and I would stay there again.

Daniel's villa is much larger than the photographs show, the views are incredible and the pool was very clean and with warm water, we enjoyed it very much. Daniel and Mr. Raymundo were very kind and looked after us the whole time. I highly recommend it and we'd love to come back :)
