Everything about this experience was amazing! Absolutely stunning and we will be back!

It was our first time in Greece, Crete and it was beautiful. The house was even better than the pictures, amazing view and perfect for 6 people. The elevator inside the house was perfect and the kitchen was lovely to spend time cooking and relaxing. It definitely felt like home and we wish we could’ve stayed longer 😍 I would definitely come back to this house again. Thank you for everything!

We had a fantastic stay at this villa in Crete! The location was absolutely perfect—centrally positioned on the island, it made exploring both the east and west sides, as well as all the nearby towns, super convenient. The house itself had everything we needed for a comfortable stay, and the hosts went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and supported throughout our visit. The grounds were impeccably maintained and much larger than the photos portray. One of the highlights was the charming taverna right next door, and there were plenty of other great restaurants less than 10 minutes away by car. The warm hospitality from everyone we met made it feel like a true home away from home. We can’t wait to return one day and would wholeheartedly recommend this villa to anyone planning a trip to Crete.

Both Ioanna and Spiros were great hosts. Incredibly welcoming and responsive. Nothing was too much trouble. The villa was beautiful, the views from the pool amazing and it was easy to drive to the old town within 6 minutes. The walk to the beach was about 15-20 mins which we did once. I’d highly recommend this villa and the hosts. 😊

We felt right at home. The incredibly lovely owners and helpers of the house have contributed to this, in combination with this great place to stay. Sofia’s house is simply amazing. The view is beautiful, and the indoor and outdoor space is perfect for a wonderfully relaxed holiday. The outdoor sofa area and bbq area behind the house are perfect for a family, and the pool is a wonderful addition with lots of space to sunbathe, swim and play. The pictures capture the house brilliantly, and it does look exactly like them. Sofia gave us some brilliant suggestions of things to do, and places to eat, and was so responsive during our time with her if anything went wrong. Nothing was too much trouble! I’ve seen some reviews about the drive to the house, and if you’ve driven in mountains before you’ll have no problem. There are a few steep corners and hairpin bends, but absolutely nothing to worry about. Just try to arrive in the daytime if you’re worried. Also, remember to do your food shopping before you head to the house as there aren’t many local options. Amazing place and we’re already thinking when we can return!

We had a wonderful stay at the Agapi Villa. Villa was perfect for a family of 5, with all the amenities you need while travelling, from toiletries, to towels, to cards, board games and more. Like other guests, what really made the experience stand out was Roussous himself. From a very generous welcome basket, to helping us order a late night dinner on a stormy night with a delayed arrival, to going the extra mile whenever possible, he made the whole stay extremely comfortable and easy. Villa is extremely tranquil, yet doesn’t feel too isolated. A car is definitely needed when staying there. It is just worth bearing in mind the last 2-3 minutes of the drive are a narrow, country road, but you do get used to this very quickly. Overall, we had a wonderful time and would highly recommend Agapi Villa if staying in Crete!! Big thanks again to Roussous

Really enjoyed our stay at Phy-Sea villa! Marianna was a great host who greeted us with a tray of fruit and cheese upon checking in and provided us with several wonderful dining and activity recommendations. The place itself is peaceful and close to Chania while feeling like you are getting away. Though there are many beaches close by, we also liked having our own pool. Looking forward to coming back!

We had a wonderful time on our trip. The accommodations were perfect and we enjoyed spending time in the pool. It was easy to walk to Old Town and many options for food nearby. Our host was very helpful and responsive - we appreciated the help setting up a pick up from the airport as our flight didn’t get in until late. Overall we had an amazing experience during our stay and I would highly recommend.

An absolute gem, we had an amazing stay at Maria's place. The house is absolutely beautiful, modern with quality all around. It's also super private with nothing but nature around you. Will definitely be coming back!!

We cannot have asked for a better place to stay in Chania. The house is a gorgeous villa perfect for a large family vacation. The location is on a breathtaking hill overlooking the city and old Harbor. There are tons of windows letting in natural light. You can be an old town in eight minutes by car or about 45 minutes walking. There are plenty of local mini markets and restaurants nearby. Michalis was a model host, and gave us plenty of recommendations for day trips, restaurants, treats, activities, and gave us very kind gifts throughout our stay. If we ever return to Crete, we will be staying here again!

It is a pleasure to add our 5 star review to all those on record. The photos, location/accommodation descriptions are exact. On arrival you will discover the stunning views, infinity pool and everything is even more enchanting than you may have anticipated. Kyanon House is a beautifully equipped home with numerous “extras” that come as a surprise! As others have noted, Maryellen is an exceptional and welcoming host. A small car rental is recommended to best explore the area, parking in Chania is a challenge but over 25 days we always found a spot. Tip: Do not miss the custom hand rolled ice cream at Domenico in Old Town! Sincere thanks to Maryellen and her parents for a wonderful travel experience!

Oasis in nature, gorgeous villa with a pool overlooking the sea and hills. We absolutely loved our stay! The house is beautifully decorated, well equiped, there is everything you might need and really comfy bed :-) We loved the pool that has an amazing view. We enjoyed different seating options - 2 terrases, armchairs by the pool, or in shade under the tree.. Nikos and Maria are absolutely adorable! They made sure we had everything we needed. They even bought toys for our kids to play with and prepare new toys for the pool. You feel completely in the nature, in the hills, but you are still 2min from the main road to go places. We will definitely come back!!! :-)

A Slice of Heaven in Crete. Our stay in this beautifully designed home was nothing short of magical. Surrounded by peaceful olive groves and bathed in Cretan sunshine, every moment felt serene and special. The sweet little pool was the perfect place to unwind, and the home itself was as stunning as it was comfortable. The hosts were warm, thoughtful, and made us feel truly welcome. We left feeling rested, grateful, and already planning our return.

Wonderful Experience at the Villa Elias! Our stay at the villa was perfect. The sea view was breathtaking, especially during sunset – a true sense of calm, quiet, and complete privacy. Choosing this villa was an excellent decision, especially because of the heated pool, which the kids absolutely loved. They enjoyed both swimming and playing in the spacious garden. The villa is well-equipped, with many useful items that made our stay very comfortable, including an air pump for pool toys. The location is also great – close to shops, supermarkets, and pharmacies. Andreas could not have been more helpful. We truly enjoyed our experience. The Villa was very well appointed and perfectly located in Agia Marina. We had peaceful sleep and it was good to spend time relaxing by the pool. We will return in the future. The food locally was exceptional and a couple of evenings in Chania well worth the short trip. Had a wonderful time at this Airbnb! Location was superb, a great place for exploring easy reach of Chania and Rethymno. The town has 3 eating places, Monica’s was the highlight! Airbnb its self was so peaceful, with amazing views the outside space had been thought through with lovely dining areas and sunbeds, it gets the sun from midmorning to night. Would recommend to anyone, loved it!

Our stay at HotelPraxis was incredible and Polimnia was the most gracious host I have experienced in my 10 years in Airbnb. She was close by but never intrusive, left snacks, fruits and water in the fridge, dropped eggs off, recommended restaurants and incredibly, made baked goods of some traditional Greek treats that were so delicious. My family was overwhelmed by the beauty and privacy of the Blue Lake Villa. And the home is lovely, fluffy towels, great water pressure, comfortable beds. What a treat! We will definitely return! I highly recommend.

Loved our stay in this remote villa. Amazing views with sunsets from the pool. Beds were very comfortable with quality linens and towels. Nice having the pool heated! House is remote so bring all the food needed. Rather close to Elifonisi beach which was well worth the 20 minute drive. Driving is not for the faint of heart of heart. Many tavernas in the area within 15 minutes drive. Would stay again. Thank you Theoni!

We had a wonderful stay at Villa Kedria! Along with the amazing view of Chania and Souda, the house was incredibly beautiful, clean, and provided everything we needed for our stay in Chania. The hosts were extremely hospitable and responded to every question and request promptly. They went above and beyond to ensure our stay was an extension of their home. They provided all of the necessary baby gear and essentials for our little one, who also had a great time enjoying the pool. We’ve never had more caring and responsive hosts. They gave us so many travel tips and food recommendations that made our stay here in Chania one of our most memorable vacations. HIGHLY recommend staying here!

We had a wonderful stay at this stunning villa. So tranquil, we all loved it. It was well designed and we had everything we needed for our nine day stay. The owners were very quick to respond to a couple of queries we had. One of the best Airbnb we have stayed at. We will definitely be back

We stayed for 1 week (4adults and 4 kids) having been to Crete a number of times before. The villa was up in the hills (you need to hire a car to get anywhere and driving on the small lanes is not for the faint hearted) but this gave us the beautiful views over the bay and a lovely sea breeze. The house was immaculate with all the essentials and mod cons including chilled filtered water from the fridge. The ice machine didn’t work so one of the team popped around with a big bag of ice the next day which we used instead. We also experienced a sandstorm (happens about once a year) with Saharan sand being deposited on everything. The cleaners were around the next morning and the pool was cleaned beautifully. The pool itself was heated to a lovely temperature so the kids could enjoy it all day and the hot tub was even warmer so the perfect place to sit and enjoy drinks. We used the outdoor built in barbecue and sat outside for dinners (great views). Karolina was very responsive! Recommend!
