Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Chania

We had a lovely week here, location is at the top of a hill which posed a good workout and worth it for the views. We didn’t hire a car and didn’t feel that we needed one. There is a supermarket at the bottom and it is within walking distance to the main restaurant area / shops. The pool is lovely, however there is no shade or umbrellas. It was maintained whilst we were there. The apartment doesn’t have an iron (informed this was due to safety reasons??!) so a little annoying if your clothes are creased after travelling. Dorotea kindly organised us a taxi to our next destination on the island.

Stayed in this small Airbnb for one night only, as a transition between a previous week-long rental and a flight back home. Loved the neighborhood, much quieter than the bustling and busy streets of old town Chania and yet very close. The room was simple, but very clean, nice bedding, excellent WC, bath and shower. Windows opened right onto a view of the Mediterranean, with a small restaurant balcony perched just by the water. Worth every penny, would stay again.

We really enjoyed our stay here! The location was perfect and only a short walk from the old town. The parking space was a bonus, and the flat had everything we needed. The host was fantastic, super helpful and very quick to reply to us. Would happily stay here again. Thank you!

What a comfortable stay we had at Judy and Mike’s beautiful Apartment Francesca! Suited our needs very well indeed. Fabulous location & views. Loved the private patio and relaxing by the pool. Judy and Mike are indeed ‘Super Hosts’, nothing was too much trouble. Recommended some fabulous taverna’s. It was a pleasure meeting them and their lovely dogs! Why we loved the location: Plenty of walks from the doorstep. Vamos only a short distance with excellent taverna’s and a great coffee shop next to the tourist office in Vamos Old Town. A short drive to Kalives which has a beautiful beach and seafood taverna’s on the beach front. Look forward to our return and would love to stay longer next time! Mariza’s place is a great spot to have a little distance from the city of Chania, about 15 minutes away by car. It was comfortable and has a beautiful view. We spent a lot of time on the patio and found everything we needed in the kitchen to cook a dinner in. It’s walking distance to Koukouvaya cake shop and only a 2 minute drive from Carte Postale, an incredible restaurant. Mariza and her mom were both friendly, communicative and accommodating.

Great experience!! We stayed at this wonderful Airbnb and our expectations were really exceeded. The space was sparkling clean, comfortable and very well cared for – but what really made the difference was the staff. From the first moment, they welcomed us with kindness, a smile and authentic hospitality. They were always available for whatever we needed, willing to help with joy and good humor. You didn't just feel like a guest – you felt like a guest! The sense of warmth and respect they showed us made our stay truly memorable. Such service is rare and deserves to be recognized. We highly recommend it and we will definitely return! 🙌✨

Maria's place was wonderful! It perfectly suited all our needs: a designated car parking space; quick and easy access to both Chania old town and the motorway (making west coast beaches very reachable); privacy (with your own outside area); seperate air-con in the bedroom and the living space; all the amenities you might need (washing machine and hair dryer) and even unexpected extras like Maria's homemade hot pizza, chocolate treats, sweets and raki that were waiting for us after our late flight in! We immediately felt welcome! 💙 Maria herself was so warm and caring. She was always on the end of a message if we ever had any questions or needed recommendations, and she even dropped off fresh vegetables from her garden for us to enjoy. She really went above and beyond our expectations! 🩵 This is a gem and we highly recommend it to anyone visiting beautiful Chania.

Everything described and shown of this property is undervaluing its delight. This is beautifully and perfectly placed in Chania. It has everything you need within the property, whether there's 1 or 5 staying. There's lots of do within easy walking distance, including the delicious Periplous restaurant down the road, the sea opposite, and that view!! --- blissfully divine perks of the location Antonis and Nikos are so helpful and considerate. From my welcoming arrival, it was a serene joy and so simply perfect I could live there. I highly recommend this place. Thank you for hosting. Είναι όμορφο

I LOVED this place and would love to come back!

Everything was wonderful, and it looks just like the photos. The location is very private and perfectly located within range of many beautiful beaches. Communication using English was a little challenging and led to small misunderstanding that was handled well in the end. I would definitely recommend this place for a wonderful holiday getaway.

The apartment was immaculate, beautifully decorated, and the host stocked the kitchen with essentials. Literally everything we could think of needing was available. They also provided delicious Greek yellow cake, which was a wonderful gesture.

Christina was incredibly responsive, making our stay even better. We loved receiving her recommendations for fantastic local restaurants. The home was nestled in a quiet neighborhood just a few minutes from the main tourist spots, which was perfect. It was easy to pop in and out during the hotter parts of the day. Plus, the house itself was spacious and provided a comfortable retreat after long days of exploring.

The villa is lovely and has everything you need for a holiday. Clean and well maintained. There was extra cleaning during the week. Great view of the sea and the mountains. The cars passing on the main road, which is 100m below the villa, create a slight noise, but it is not unbearable. Maria is a great host and despite the late evening time of arrival she was waiting for us with a smile. She took care of us all the time and gave us valuable advice. There was a problem with the dishwasher, which was fixed the next day as soon as I informed Maria. We had a great week and would come back again.

We had a very great late summer in Kanevos. The description and photos correspond to the actual events. Communication with Christos was fantastic. Very friendly and fast. The outdoor facilities are a dream and we also had many great hours in and around the house. The parents, who were partly in the upper apartment, are very nice and welcomed us warmly, provided us with specialties and tips. We would come back any time!

Had a lovely stay at Elina's beautiful home. Town is just walking distance away, and there are plenty of restaurants around the area - close to the bus station too! Apartment is spacious, and has all the amenities you might need; Elina was a great host, and gave many helpful recommendations of what to do and see around the area. Would definitely stay again - thank you!

The apartment, its location, and the hosts’ hospitality are simply impressive. The room had everything we needed - even sun hats, beach towels, and slippers. A separate crib was provided for our son. The apartment also came with a juicer, toaster, coffee machine, coffee, tea, and plenty of food. However, the place is better suited for couples without small children. Our 1-year-4-month-old son constantly wanted to go up and down the stairs (which isn’t very safe) or out onto the balcony. Still, he managed to enjoy the beautiful views and woke up saying ‘wooow.’ 😁 The water at the beach is perfect for small children and peaceful relaxation. We had a wonderful vacation! Nearby, we discovered a lovely restaurant called Halepa with incredible sunsets and delicious seafood - highly recommended.

The place is in the center of everything you would want to do. Would book again.

Great location. Really great quality apartment. Cozy and comfortable.

The flat was perfect, especially if you have a rental car. It was a great base to explore Crete, enjoy the proximity from Chania, and come back home by the end of the day. It's very spacious and has a home feeling, very well equipped, extra clean. We were even able to cook some nice food in the oven. Definitely worth a stay, keep in mind it is not in the city center though.

We had a lovely stay at the Kaizen, the decor was exquisite and very aesthetic. Katerina thought of everything and the additional utilities were so thoughtful. We had everything we could need and would love to stay again
