Great location for access to University of Illinois activities. Bedrooms and common spaces are large. Our family of eight had plenty of room. Nice backyard with sitting area as well.

The Charming Home: blocks to downtown, close to UI

My wife and I enjoyed Ian’s place and would come back for sure . We brought our bikes and location was great to get to downtown in 5 minutes, Campus another 10, and Urbana. The house was spotless with a unique layout. The lawn could’ve used some love, my short dog couldn’t use the backyard it was quite high for her. Didn’t matter as the neighborhood sidewalks were great to walk her. Everything was great, and happy we stayed at Ian’s.

We have stayed at this property several times and we love it for its proximity to campus and charm. Jacob is a fantastic host and is unfailingly responsive and accommodating.

Tom was an excellent host! We ran into a few issues which we were able to talk through easily enough. He was so gracious to let us checkout at a later time & gave us wonderful local recommendations. The toys/activities were very welcome, tea cart delightful and the beds comfortable!
