Cozy studio , attached to a family home. It is tastefully furnished. The entrance-vestibule is shared. But once the door of the studio has passed, everyone is at home...it is composed of a living room with sloping ceilings overlooking the garden. It has a bathroom, WC & kitchenette Note, the bed is 120 therefore more suitable for a single person and it does not have TV but WIFI. The neighborhood is very quiet. Surrounded by park and forest. You can park easily on the square.

A geographical location that makes it a great starting point to discover the city of Bordeaux of course but also the surrounding vineyards, the ocean and the Arcachon Bay. Bed linen and towels are provided.

No sheets, cleaning on departure to be done by yourself. A cleaning fee of €50 will be requested by Airbnb if the accommodation is not returned as clean as on arrival,photos to support it…I rent for up to 2 people ,I do not accept infants, small children,or our pets

Downtown Bordeaux in 15min by tram, Talence/Pessac university campus 10 minutes too. Chu Pellegrin 25 min by direct line bus 8 (10 min by car). An Auchan and a baker are also 400m away for your groceries. ⚠️ THERE IS NO WIFI.⚠️ Netflix on the TV. Direct self access to the studio by the garden.
