We had a wonderful stay at this new house! It is really nice and modernly furnished, and everything was very clean and well maintained. The host was very friendly and accommodating, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The house is well suited for a relaxing vacation, and we really enjoyed the time there. Absolutely recommended! Thank you for a wonderful and relaxing time at your place. The house was spacious and clean. The property managers were super friendly and responded very quickly when we needed help. It was especially pleasant that attention was even paid to such small things as children's cutlery, children's dishes, tissues, baking paper, freezer bags, dishwasher tabs, etc. This place is just perfect for a holiday with toddlers: great playroom, fireplace and strawberries in the garden were the highlights for my son. However, it was unexpectedly quite warm in the house, although outside it was around +20 C. So a few fans for bedrooms would be an advantage ;)

Thank you, dear Ludmilla. The beautiful house is great location – right by a stream and there is a lovely, large garden with a small bridge over the stream where you can go directly into the forest. There are several seating options outside and a fireplace and a huge winter garden with 2 levels where you can hear it splashing wonderfully in the rain. On the ground floor, the living/dining room and kitchen are connected and on the first floor are the 4 rooms. All really great and each with its own bathroom. We were 8 adults with 3 toddlers – that was a great fit. Ludmilla was very friendly and helpful and her little dog accompanied us faithfully on excursions :). In addition, a huge basket of fresh strawberries was left with us as a greeting in the kitchen. Thank you for the lovely welcome and the wonderful time in this very lovingly designed house!

Fantastic stay in the countryside with a view of the mountains. Very friendly host. They even baked us a cake on our first day. I would definitely recommend this stay.

The place was very nice. The cottage is part of a recreational area, it is not visible from the photos, but it does not matter. The cottage is relatively close to the road, but the noise is not heard at all. The rooms were clean and spacious, comfortable. Living space with a generous kitchen. I recommend

We felt very comfortable from the beginning. The house is very tasteful and lovingly furnished. We were able to ski directly in Benecko for boarding. About a half hour drive away is a larger ski resort, Spindlermühle. We were totally snowed in but had everything we needed. The sauna and wood stove with free firewood have provided a lot of coziness. Ondrej has simply thought of everything to give his guests an unforgettable holiday. We fully recommend the place.

Wonderful house! Very large. We stayed there for 14 people very comfortably. The neighborhood is great for walking. Very close to ski resorts. Big garden to play in the snow. Highly recommend!!!

Home is perfektny! You need it to disposition. Quality furnishings and appliances. Minimalistly furnished, but you immediately feel at home. Nice view of the apartment. A landscaped garden with barbecue and terrace. Jana is very kind and proactive in communicating. Also suitable for families with children. Highly recommend! Thank you for your stay!
