Beautiful house (230 m²) adjoining a private relaxation area with sauna, spa, indoor and heated pool. On the ground floor: spacious living room (about 100 m² with living room, dining room, fitted kitchen), large shower room, toilet, laundry room. On the floor: 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, 1 toilet. The floor-to-ceiling windows overlook a vast terrace (with the possibility of BBQ) overlooking the 10,000 m² lot that descends to the fishing pond. Outdoor games for children and large courtyard with carport shelter.
