Cozy place and excellent for the price

First as foremost, the shower was damaged. There was one door missing completely meanwhile the glass door left was coming off the hinges which was a safety hazard as it could have fell off at any moment. While showering all the water would come out the shower onto the floor. Handheld shower-head had a plastic hose which looked like it previously had a quick fix done and it detached the minute we grabbed it yet host decided to charge US for it. His response after i told him about it was “sorry”.

The apartment is beautiful, clean and tidy, equipped with all the necessary appliances (washing machine, dishwasher, hairdryer, coffee machine), all hygiene products are present. Nearby there are grocery stores, bakeries and places where you can eat until midnight. Quiet area and a metro station is nearby. Top recommendations!

The apartment was exactly as described—very nice, clean, and comfortable. The location is excellent, with several metro stations nearby and plenty of bars and restaurants within walking distance. Even though there are some bars on the same street, the apartment faces an inner alley, so you don’t hear any noise from the main road, which is perfect for a good night's sleep. The only minor downside is that the building is quite old, so the wooden floors in the bedroom and living room creak a bit when you walk. But if you've ever stayed in an older home, you'll know exactly what to expect. Overall, a very good stay!

I really enjoyed the apartment and I would book it again. Perfect location. Close to all transport (metro, RER and buses) restaurants and supermarkets. Very safe surroundings.

Our stay was short, but very comfortable. In a very nice building and getting inside was very easy. Nice bathrooms and quiet area.

Very convenient for sightseeing in Paris, accommodation very comfortable and exactly as described, only hint would be to take ear plugs as the walls are very thin.

Thank you for a pleasant stay. The layout is very well thought out. It's a nice house to live in. the pool was a little cool but the kids loved it.

What an amazing place !! A true gem hidden in the heart of nature. Everything is absolutely perfect: the design, the tranquility, the high-end amenities... You feel like you're in a 5-star hotel, but alone in the world. The sauna and cold bath are a real plus. A magical experience, we'll definitely be back!

We had a lovely stay. The accommodation was large, quiet and with all amenities. Getting to the center of Bourges is easy and quick by car. The lake walks are nice when we go to the other side and we were able to enjoy the beach. We recommend it. Thank you.

Lovely and spacious place at an amazing and lively location full of bars and restaurants. The place itself is very quiet because it’s inside a yard and it’s well protected from the noisy streets. Agnes was very welcoming and helpful. We did a late check in and were able to leave our suitcases longer after the checkout which really improved our last day of the stay. Un grand merci
